I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. After you make your way to the end of a non-descript hallway on the 13th floor of the Traders on Grand building, you're greeted personally by a very friendly desk clerk in a small, modest waiting room. The waiting room is irrelevant, though, since they respect you enough to whisk you back to the chair and get started at your scheduled time. The doc comes right in, greets you warmly, and gets to work. The best part? He cleans and checks my teeth and sends me on my way. He doesn't insult my overcrowded mouth by trying to sell me Invisalign, insist I try some nuclear whitening service, or try to sell some fancy polish. Unlike all of the tooth malls I'd been to in the last few years, this is a DENTIST'S OFFICE. When I first walked into this office after dumping another dentist in the area, I was in the middle of scheduling fillings for 7 supposed cavities. It turned out I didn't have any, and haven't since I've been patronizing Dr. Rueb. He won't try to sell you something you don't need, and he takes care of you as an old-fashioned, honest practitioner with a humble smile and a mild-mannered, friendly disposition.
