Excellent service, TRULY available 24 hours, timely response. My daughter was locked out of her apartment and garage in the middle of the night, on a Monday. After contacting several other locksmiths claiming to be 24-hour and leaving messages with no response (none, not even the following morning) we came upon Lynn Johnson Lock & Key. Matt not only answered our call immediately, but he was on site within 20 minutes and everything was unlocked 10 minutes later. We even received a follow-up call from Matt the next day thanking us for our business. It's hard to find great service like that these days. Asked them to go change a lock on my business. They didn't do the work because they said someone else is on the lease even though i sent them a copy of my lease and drivers license. Didn't even bother calling me back to let me know the situation or wouldn't return my text messages until I called from a different phone number and then they picked up. EXCELLENT service! I initially called another locksmith in town to unlock my vehicle (Mr. Speedy...just DON'T...) and was told they would be to my place within 20 minutes. After an hour passed and no word from them (and several calls from me and a detailed message) I called Lynn Johnson Lock & Key Service. I was told someone would be out in 20-25 minutes, but the tech, Matthew, showed up in 15 minutes! He was super professional, easy to chat with and had me back in my rig in minutes. I called another locksmith, Curts Lock and Key, because I was locked out of my house and waited for an hour with no update before calling Lynn Johnson. Fifteen minutes after calling Lynn Johnson the locksmith showed up and had my daughter and I into our house. The locksmith from Lynn Johnson was professional and very nice. The service man was very rude. He drilled through my door, when I expressed that I did not want that to happen. Because of this, I was out the money I paid him, and I had to buy a new lock. It would have been cheaper and less frustrating to bust the door down myself. read more
