Did you know that when some autostarts turn off, they lock your car doors at the same time? I didn't. I was trying to get home (out of town) for my daughter's dance recital. I had called all around town and with all the cars in the ditch with bad roads, everyone was backed up for hours. I called Aggressive Towing and spoke to Kenny. I explained my situation and joked around with him about bad luck, and he told me he would be right over. He wasn't kidding - maybe a half hour later he was there to help, and after a few minutes my car was unlocked! Thank you for going above and beyond, Kenny. I did make it home in time for my daughter's recital. You didn't have to come out and help right away, especially on a busy day, but you did and it made all the difference to my family. read more

My daughters car went in the ditch and the patrol called this tow company. Car was removed and towed to their lot. Car was towed at 7pm and due to weather was picked up at 10am 2 days later. There was an admin fee and fuel fee on top of a ridiculous tow bill and storage for 3 days. I would not use this company if I had a choice. read more

Aggressive Towing & Recovery - Not insured??????? - Towing Near Me - Moorhead, Minnesota

I was forced to use Aggressive Towing because I called AAA when my son's car didn't start. The original estimate was that the tow truck would arrive within 60 minutes. This is the month of May and there are no weather issues nor is there any major accident issue. It's 4:30pm so no dispatcher is waking somebody up from the dead of sleep so my son's car can get towed. There is no way it should take an hour. After 45 minutes, I'm notified by AAA that it's going to take a little over 2 hours for somebody to arrive. That would mean the shop fixing it will be closed and I'll have to go there in the morning to get the car in their queue. Fast forward to when the guy screams into the parking lot. The driver grabs the keys, pushes the car out from the parking spot and loads it up. He has me sign a blank form, telling me he'll fill it in later. I verify the shop he's towing it to and tell him I'll meet him there. He took off again living up to the name of the company. My son and I took a little longer to get going. Somehow, even though the tow truck driver had a several minute head start (I didn't see him at all when I left the parking lot, nor did I see him en route) I beat him to the mechanic's shop. I made it just before they closed, but had called them to let them know we're on the way. I spent a good 10 minutes in the shop before the tow truck showed up. The trip is a 13 minute/4.6mile trip (according to google maps). I'm baffled as to how it could have taken the driver nearly 30 minutes driving as aggressively as he did and it took me less than 15. I saw the driver pull into the lot at the mechanic and finished giving my info to the service manager. In that time, the tow truck driver unhooked the car and left. He didn't find me to give me the receipt for the tow or the keys. Knowing he still had the keys to the car, we went outside to retrieve them and lock the car. There were no keys in the car. The tow truck driver kept them, leaving my car unlocked and unsecured. I tried calling their dispatch and the driver but nobody answered. This is advertised as a 24 hr service. The shop manager called Aggressive and somebody answered his call. He told them the driver left with the keys and Aggressive told him somebody would leave the keys in the key drop. I texted two messages to Aggressive's dispatch with no response. There was no bounce telling me I'm texting a landline so one can assume they were delivered. The next morning I called Aggressive from a different number and this time they answered. I said I wanted to verify that the driver actually put the keys in the key drop at the mechanic shop. She took my name and number, telling me she'd check and get back to me. I still haven't received a call back from her. I called the mechanic shop to verify they had the keys and they did. I don't trust this place at all. A towing company must understand that people are in a bind when they need to call and the towing company should do what they can to alleviate trust issues. Aggressive doesn't appear to care about customer service. If I ever need another tow, I will tell AAA that Aggressive is not somebody I trust with my vehicle. read more

Three cars in the ditch, mine went in first, then another, and then one more guy with a snowmobile trailer (all a few hours apart). When they pulled the guy with the trailer out, his trailer was pulled into my bumper. An Otter Tail county sheriff was standing right there when it happened and saw the entire thing. I arrived on scene a couple minutes after they started pulling the guy with the trailer. The sheriff at the scene, to me, "There was no damage until he started pulling. I would take that up with Aggressive." Phone conversation with Aggressive - "Our driver says the damage happened before the towing started." The helpful sheriff even called Aggressive, after I requested him to, to explain what happened. Aggressive apparently doesn't believe the sheriff and wants pictures. Obviously, they would rather lose customers and get a few terrible reviews instead of paying for a $375 bumper. read more

I broke down on the freeway They not only came quick and told me for an extremely reasonable price but their dispatcher called and found a repair shop to look at my car that was available immediately and got me in ...excellent service!! read more

I was stranded on the highway with a flat tire. Ryan Randhawa came to my rescue and was very personable and professional. He made sure that I was safe in his truck and had my car on his truck and off the highway very quickly. I highly recommend Ryan and Aggressive Towing. read more

Two missed ETA's and after waiting 3 hours I will cancel and not do business with this company again. They stated on the phone they were just "too busy" to help me, or to let me know they wouldn't be there when they said they would. Unacceptable. read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The customer service was terrible. We were equally at fault in miscommunication with the drop off location and they took no accountability for there mistake. read more

Dispatcher needs an upgrade. The guy who answered was terse, rude, and the call took far to much time to take down my address and have then take my car to the dealership (almost 10 min call) Service after that was ok. The driver was clean and seemed knowledgeable. The truck was clean, and my vehicle was delivered safely. The bill seemed high compared to my last tow of the same vehicle to the same place. read more

These are the worst people I've ever worked with. They claim they have "great customer service", but that definitely didn't come across when a man answered my call and told me during our conversation "lady I don't have the patience to deal with this, so I'm going to hang up on you now." What a really class act..... And on top of that they claim they run a "professional" business, but what that really means is that they will have your car towed if anyone calls it in. They had an apartment tenant sign to have a car towed because they were too lazy and didn't want to wait around for the manager to show up to sign for the tow. This is by far the worst towing company I've ever worked with and would never recommend them to anyone. Not to mention there location in Moorhead is no where near anything and there are tons of towing companies in Fargo that are more professional, easier to work with, and have excellent customer service. read more
