Low and behold, one of my rear tires was quite flat. We stopped at Kroll's diner and one of the waitress's suggest we go next door to Tuffy. Since it was a Saturday and there was just Tobey and Michael in the shop, Tobey came from behind the desk to take the car and put on the hoist to look for the leak. Unfortunately, it was not obvious and the tire needed to come off the vehicle. They eventually determined the leak was at the base on the valve stem and replaced. We were back on our way in a couple of hours. Tobey told me if I was not from out of town, given it was a Saturday and limited crew, he would have asked us to come back Monday. I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am of both of them, for not sending us away and addressing our untimely issue. These are good people!! The sheriff deputy that sat with her while waiting for a tow truck recommended Matt's. I was so impressed with the complete diagnostic breakdown they sent that included each price for each repair, and ranked the repair by color (green, yellow, red). When the long list of repairs were made at an extremely reasonable price, the truck ran like new! It seemed to be in great condition. We just (July 2021) moved my daughter to Florida in the same truck that now has 265,000 miles that actually pulled a U-Haul the whole way. It made it with no problem! I credit the incredible work done at Matt's two years ago with that truck still running like new. They are true mechanics that know how to fix vehicles and extend the lifetime of them! After dropping my pickup off and waiting 45 minutes they said they would have to drop the transmission to complete the fluid swap, now charge around $1400 and "that they had no idea they made the transmissions that way" - the truck is 6 years old... you can't tell me as a auto center I am the first '19 Silverado coming through your door. Posting this review as a caution for others that they may try and scam you the way they tried to get me.

At 3000 miles she wanted a rotation and alignment because it was pulling to the right. They said it's too soon. When they did rotate the tires they didn't provide any paperwork because it was free. So when at 25,000 miles her tires were showing excessive wear, they wouldn't warranty the tires. They said she hadn't kept up with her rotations and it was her fault. She ended up taking her business somewhere else and so should you!
