Within no more than 20 to 25 minutes I received a phone call back from a gentleman. He was incredibly informative, I had been submitted an estimate that was very reasonable, we did discuss some things that I had concerns about. The conversation was not rushed as though there was somewhere else for him to be, very professional, very knowledgeable and straight up honest about any questions I asked. I owe Blue Pacific and apology, life kind of happened from the time I got the estimate and spoke with this amazing gentleman. Presently not able to schedule the job, but will when the time allows. Their customer service from the first word to the last is absolutely professional and they make you feel very comfortable with what they are offering to do and listen to what you are requesting to have done.
