I got a french tip acrylic full set with gel polish and was in love with the results. Daisy was my tech and she not only did a great job but was also very sweet and talked with me and my friend while we got our nails done. The place felt clean and the tools they used were also clean. I got a French tip acrylic set for my prom and it not only lasted like 4 days but was super thick and was not glued on enough.i also called them and requested an appointment to get them fixed and then never got a conformation on my appointment.i also went in the next day to get them fixed and they said that I broke my nails on purpose(which I did not )!I also did not like the way I was treated when I went In to get them fixed! read more

So I'm really bummed to be writing this. I usually love my experience at Lynna when I come to town and see my family but today I got a nail tech who really didn't know what she was doing. Today I asked for dip with a tip extension. I asked for almond shape at a medium length. She went too short and then asked me what an almond shape was so I said never mind and told her round was fine. As you can see in the photo not a single nails is close to round or even close to the same style. My middle fingers for example- one is think and square the other is round and very fat...all of this is also on top of cutting me with the nail cutting scissors because she wasn't looking at my hands when cutting the extension. Sadly these are nails that I will have to let grow out and go to a new place to fix the shaping and dip. I no longer recommend Lynna nails. read more

Sloppy and painful. This was my first appointment and definitely the last. No one was in there for a reason. The tech never asked if wanted my nails cut down or shaped. I was trusting her process, but after a while I asked if she could cut them down and shape them round like how they were (she automatically started squaring them). When I brought it up she acted like it was now an inconvenience because she was too far along. The filing and buffing was unnecessarily rough and aggressive. The nails look nothing like the reference photo I showed, in fact they look like middle school child nails. At the end, instead of wiping or washing the excess pigment/polish off my cuticles she used the cuticle clippers to pull off all my skin that had spots of polish on it. My fingers are raw and in pain with chunks plucked out. read more

New to the area and went to the closest nail salon. As I entered I was immediately asked if I had an appointment, however, there were no customers. Lady that did my nails never asked how I wanted them shaped nor did she ask if I wanted them shorter. The dip I got was a color that when it went on it needed multiple applications, yet the nail tech only applied 3-4 times and left all nails looking splotchy. After day 2 of them one of my nails broke. Honestly the worst service I've ever had, also the place was not clean, and I would never recommend this place. read more

My first nail technician was very sweet, but she manhandled my feet. You know the scrubs we use to clean tubs? She used one of those to scrub the top of my feet, and it hurt terribly. Then, I was watching TV and just happened to see a sign that said Cash/Check Only. I'm disappointed that I wasn't informed of this before my service started. I didn't have more than cash for tipping on me at the time. Luckily, a family member was able to bring me some cash. This is something that should be clear to all customers prior to service since cards are accepted almost everywhere. Then, another lady gestured for me to come over to her station to do my acrylic nails who was absolutely rude! She didn't ask how I was doing or carry my shoes over to her table to prevent me from messing up my nails. At last, they tried to tell me that my total was $10 more than it was supposed to be. I suggested that they ask the lady who did my pedicure which one I got, since they didn't believe me. I paid the Correct total and tipped the rude lady. She didn't even look at me and whispered "thank you." I'm not disappointed with the appearance of my nails, but I definitely don't plan to return here! read more
