I use to really like this small nail place. The guy left who did an excellent job. I went in for a broken nail and the owner asked me in broken English if I had an appointment, I told her no. She said, we busy and seemed irritated with me. I asked about a time to come back and no answer. Thanks, I'll go elsewhere. Creative Nail Spa was way cheaper, too. Top Nails has been overcharging me and only put on 3 coats with no base coat. Creative explained they use 4 coats and probably reason why I kept breaking a few nails way before a fill was required. No problems since I switched and a lot cheaper with a higher quality! read more

I love getting a pedicure there. They spend extra time massaging my legs as compared to other places. I cannot comment on nails as I have never had them done. Took my 7 year old granddaughter with me and they painted her toes and fingers even painting on small flowers and only charged me $12. She was thrilled!! read more

I got a mani pedi here price was great I have no complaints about my pedicure but I got a gel manicure and the polish was super thinned even with her doing 3 coats I can still see my nail under it. And I've had this polish in for like a week now but after 2 days off having them in they started to turn BROWN! At first I just thought my hands were dirty but nope I've washed my hands so many times and it won't come off! And the gel is chipping! I've had gel manicures many times prior and never have I ever had it chip! Very disappointed! read more

So friendly and affordable. Louis is awesome and always makes sure their perfect or he fixes it if it's not to his standards. I went to a diffrent salon originally and not even a week they were falling off you could scratch my nails and the acrylic would just chip away. Not only did they replace the nails necessary but totally fixed what was salvageable but didn't charge me extra for the new nails. Definitely recommend making an appointment they are very steady for such a small shop. read more

Great service, I do not mind that they barely speak English. Very nice, atmosphere is good. And they put in new chairs when the massage stops working in the old ones. I like them, and enjoy my time there. Some other places are just rude and or act like they are speaking about you behind your back. Not here, they are very good people. People need to understand that BOTH reviews, Audra and Allyah respectively, were put up BEFORE the shop got new owners. Taking over in 2017, Louis and Snow have completely turned the shop around. They are wonderful!! I love them both, and they do a fantastic job; Louis is an artist!! I have gel nails and they are always beautiful, yesterday I got a pedicure and OMG, can I have another, please!! ;-)) WOW totally awesome start to finish. The shop has great hours and their costs are very reasonable; PLUS you get a rewards card that will earn you $15 off a service when filled. So, ignore the reviews before 2017 and try out this wonderful nail salon!! read more

Worst nail salon experience I've ever had! Four of us made an appointment and reiterated several times that we would all have our own tech, which was not the case. Beyond rushing through my pedicure and manicure, barely touching my cuticles the male tech was upset when I accidentally bumped my nail inside of the shellac light. After he was rushing me through every layer. He sloppily painted my white tips and kept telling every new customer that came in he would be be right with them. He even stopped my manicure at one point to start someone's pedicure! My white tips are uneven and the sloppiest I've ever seen. I will NEVER be back!! read more
