Called and spoke to the owner, who asked me to text the address. I did, as well as photos of the trees that need attention. Two days later, no word. In May I hired Bruce Lynn, owner of this business, to trim a tree. Later that month I also hired him to remove a tree and accidentally overpaid him by $100. I discovered my error and phoned Mr. Lynn the following day. Instead of shredding my check and asking for a new in the correct amount, he cashed my check. Repeated phone calls and texts were unanswered and ignored. It was not until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which included his quotes for the jobs, did he finally issue me a refund. I filed the complaint in July. He put off answering their inquiries as long as possible and didn't send my refund until October. I will be searching for a more honest business next year to remove a dying tree. read more

Bruce and his son-in-law, DJ, came out to give me a quote within 24 hours of the phone call. The quote was reasonable and in the ballpark of another tree service. Bruce Lynn, owner, showed up on time as promised, his expert crew did an amazing job on 7 large older trees, cleaned up all the branches and twigs, and were done in about 6 hours. I highly recommend this company, they take pride in their work and are respectful of your property. My neighbor had his tall bushes trimmed that also border my yard. Lynn's employees came onto my property and did trim my side at the request of my neighbor since the bushes were so long and overgrown they drooped over my property. While they did a good job trimming they broke one of my sprinkler lines on the drip system and put a hole in the water piping. I called the owner Bruce Lynn twice. He never has returned my call although he was well aware of the damage and gave me his card personally and told me he would take care of it. That was about 5 months ago. I picked Lynn's Tree Service from their ad on CraigsList. They had nice details and a number of photos. Mr Lynn came out on the day he promised and gave an estimate and some good advice on one tree we needed removed in addition to some advice on removing what I considered dangerous limbs over our home from a neighbor's tree. I had one other bid already that was $200 less. Lynn's was "close enough" and they could do the work in three weeks rather than in "a couple of months." I chose Lynn's Tree Service and signed the work order on the spot. Because of a cancelled job they actually got to our work sooner than expected. I had not asked how many days our job would take but I guessed a day and a half. Inste3ad, Mt. Lynn showed up with a crew of six guys and did ALL our work in about 5 hours. The men were courteous, listened to instructions well and literally worked their butts off. I was stunned that they cut all the limbs into the pieces they did had put them through their chipper so efficiently. When the job was done, they then raked the back yard with a lawn rake and cleaned up nearly perfectly!! I noticed they had also protected our AC unit and some flowers under one of the trees with plywood sheets... a nice touch. Some branches had fallen over our fence into the neighbor's yard and they, too, were cleaned up nicely. 1. The price was on par with others. 2. They go to our work sooner than promised. 3. The tree removal and trimming and dangerous limb removal was excellent. 4. The crew was fast, friendly and brutally efficient. 5. Our formerly ugly Cottonwoods now look like they are suitable to be in a city park. We were really happy we found Lynn's Tree Service. As their crew was packing up a neighbor two doors down came over and contracted with them commenting that our three huge Cottonwoods now look fantastic then another two doors up from him had them remove a pine tree and grind the stump in their front yard on the spot! And while Khane and his awesome crew were doing the work, they gave me a great bid on other trees that needed trimmed and they knocked those out, too. Very rude workers and owner! I stopped at a king soopers on my way back to Denver and was sleeping in my rv at 6:30 in the morning the workers were dropping limbs on my vehicle and just acting like it was funny, call the owner and he gets rude and says there is no over night camping I'm going to have you towed left a rude voice mail, now it's almost 7 in the morning not night the store is open!! No tow truck every showed up lol if you want nice people I would use another sevice!! read more

We had a LARGE pine tree removed on 6/16/2018 by this company and they were simply fantastic! From the owners to all of their workers - this crew was as good as they come. The job they did for us from cutting down the tree to cleaning up afterwards was way beyond what we expected. I would definitely use this company again!! read more
