The efficient crew completed the work exactly as quoted, including removal of large dead trees, clean-up of felled branches, and haul-off of debris. Had Jake walk up to my house and asked him to do what he does. Came home to everything looking amazing. He worked a lot on a tree I thought was dying but it looks GREAT now. My first time time there, everyone smiled and greeted you and offered help even though they were busy filling orders! The staff was very knowledgeable and enjoyed offering recommendations. They took a lot of time to show me and answered all of my questions. I was impressed with the amazing customer service I receive every time I am there. They have a large selection of trees and shrubs. The flowers and other plants are priced just right and I end up buying more. I have over 30 plants and 2 trees from them over the 3 years and everyone plant is thriving in my yard. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and they also offer a full year warranty, but I doubt you will ever use it since the quality is there without you paying more than other places! We hired Shady Tree to cut down and remove five trees that have died from the frost the last few…read moreyears. These were decent sized trees ranging from 12-20 feet. They were quick, efficient, and left a grid for us to dissolve the stumps. They also removed and disposed of some suckers growing around our yard. The price was decent compared to quotes from other places. However, their schedule was pretty full. We were quoted in June and they weren't able to get to us until early September. I'm not knocking any stars off for this bc it isn't their fault that their schedule is so full. I'm just adding this fact so that people know they might have to wait, but it's worth it in my opinion, I will re-hire them if/when more of my trees die.
