Originally the sectional we wanted was back ordered for months but Josh was able to get us on a pre-order and it ended up coming a month before they promised. Delivery was great, the company called me to schedule a time and they came in and put the whole sectional together for us. This sectional was an amazing price for how large, sturdy and comfortable it is. Its modern design alone is worth a lot more than $4k. We also ordered a dining table and picked it up at their Boise location. I was able to come at the scheduled time and they helped load it into my truck. The dining table is also high quality and has held up nicely around my three crazy boys. Thank you so much Scandinavian Design for helping us find affordable furniture without sacrificing on quality. I spent nearly $3,000 on a furniture set from Scandinavian Designs. I paid an additional $250…read more(delivery fee + tip) for delivery. The nightstand, which was $300 (w tax), was crooked and wobbly. They ordered a replacement and scheduled a delivery, which never happened. They didn't call/notify me, so after waiting at home all day for it to arrive, I had to call them. They totally ignored the fact that they botched the delivery and then told me I had to bring it back to the store to exchange it for another one. After hauling the warped nightstand back to the store, then assembling it at home, the new one has the exact same problem. Their only solution is for me to wait another week for another one to arrive, bring the defective one back again and get another one, even though it's pretty obvious that the furniture has a factory defect. So now they are just wasting my time instead of fixing the issue. If it were cheap furniture, I would just give up and keep the defective nightstand. But I refuse to pay almost $300 for defective furniture, and the only solution is just more inconvenience and time spent on getting another defective product. Very poor customer service. I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. The furniture is horrible quality and the customer service is terrible, especially for furniture that isn't exactly inexpensive.

Took my front door off the hinges, dropped it on themselves and knocked out the delivery guy. His head went thru my drywall. Then they tried to force my 100lb wife to sign a release of liability before running out the door. Fridge and house are destroyed. Fridge compressor bearing is making loud noise. No water. Dented misaligned doors. Told to email VIDEO (yes all on CCTV w audio) to Tyler. He just won't respond. I assume they're waiting for lawsuit service, and they're smart cause that's what I'm filling this week. In hindsight manager was trying to warn me not to use their delivery drivers. RUN from these jokers.

Finally, I looked in the yellow pages for someone specializing in kitchen cabinets because I had a very specific look I was going for. I stumbled upon this little itty bitty ad for Fine Kitchens & Baths by Patricia Dunlop and I noticed that she was a certified kitchen designer! I hoped and prayed that maybe I pick her brain for some design help, and boy oh boy were my prayers answered. She talked with me on the phone for about 45 minutes, and asked me to send her some pictures of the space I had to work with and anything that had given me "inspiration". She got back to me a few days later with a mock-up of what I can only describe as my dream kitchen! My only regret is that I spent so many wasted hours trying to do it all myself, because I didn't want to spend the money to have it professionally designed. My total bill from Patricia was less than most of the other cabinetry quotes I received. OK, I'm rambling now, but in all seriousness Patricia is fantastic and I highly recommend her and her work. I went with the Brookhaven cabinets by the way, although I think she offers a few other brands as well. I believe she also offers design services without cabinet purchase, but don't hold me to it:)

Workers would not show up until later in the day and leave early. Demo of flooring throughout house was a disaster. It did not protect any of our couches or chairs. At first they told us they would move everything into the garage which never happened after many complaints. We are pleased with the selection and the flooring install but after that it turned into a disaster. They reused some of the damaged baseboards and only put them back together it was a horrendous job quality wise. After numerous attempts to return finish condition to equal to or better as it was a disaster. Numerous attempts to correct the terrible install of baseboard and paint touch up they wore us down had to accept a very poor quality of finished product. Would never ever recommend this company to anyone whatsoever. Very disappointed to see the least. Beware

Everyone was super helpful here. They have many slabs to choose from and they don't mind shuffling…read morethem around with the forklift so you can get a better look at them. We picked-out the perfect slab for our kitchen and the price was exceptional. Definitely go here first.
