I was on the 71 driving and an Big Rig kicked up a piece of gravel up in the air and it came down and smashed my sunroof Glass. I drive a BMW and as we all know parts for these types of vehicals tend to be pretty expensive. So I called around to so many place and they either gave me the wrong price because they didn't realize that the GT made a huge difference in the car even after I explained to them that it did or I would get outrageous prices like 2-3 thousand for just the glass not installed. So I was referred to Lynwood Auto Dismantling by Mikes auto glass were I worked with Joe and he was extremely help. They were able to get me the glass and Mikes Auto glass installed it for me at a price no one else was even close to offering. Their hospitality and willingness to help was like none other. I was so pissed when my engine failed and my mechanic was charging me $5000 for it! I'm not too knowledgable when it comes to cars, but I tried to find the engine myself so he could install it. When I called Lynwood, the sales rep, think it was Joe, was so helpful and told me the exact engine I would need for the make and model of my car! They gave me such a great deal that I wanted to wait a few months to ensure the engine worked properly before writing this review, and it does! These people have no customer service, they treat you with little to no respect, they do not show any importance i helping you out. Their prices are high, they want to charge as if its a new part. We recently tried to return an item that did not fit our car, according to them they have a 10 day policy return, posted on their wall no where does it state of a 10 day exchange, it states " no cash back, exchange only".... The only reason they don't want to exchange the items that they sell you is because they sell it for a much higher price than what the auto place had it listed for, they sell it as a higher price and pocket the money!!!... I have bought from them before and every time they have given attitude, they are RUDE!!!!!!!!if i can give NO STARS i would!!!!! read more

I just recently went to go pick up parts for my dad's Jaguar XJ8L 2005 and they had all the parts that I needed hood, bumper plus bar, fender, grill, emblem, steel and etc! They had all these parts at a very low price and in great condition! Sadly when I came home the left fender wasn't right and the bar was missing brackets. I called back spoke to the best, Johnny and he told me to not worry that he will look for the right ones and he had it shipped out here to the San Fernando Valley where I live and exchanged. Other places I've called for these parts were 4x the price that they had it at. Super happy, great customer service! Plan to go back soon after getting my dads car fixed!
