I called the store and they confirmed that they received the part and would refund my money -- which turned out to be a lie. They refused to give me either my money back or store credit claiming that there were no returns even though they took back the part. I spoke to the delivery driver and he himself confirmed that he had brought the part back, but the owner still refused to refund me. I ended up reporting this to my credit card company and got my money back that way. TODAY, the owner called me to insult me and demanded payment, to which I responded that she now has to deal with he credit card company, not me (the transaction was ~$40). I recommend using a credit card when doing business with this store or taking your money elsewhere.

I was on a mission,…read morelooking for a needle in a haystack, for smog parts in order to be able to register my son's 1996 Ford F-350, which I naively purchased out of state. I knew it would need a catalytic converter, but I had no idea that CA would require some of the original components that had been removed by a prior owner loooong ago. As I was calling around, hopeless after numerous false starts, another LA yard recommended Marty. I called, he was patient and asked great questions as I stumbled through what I needed. He took my info, and called me back in less than 10min with unbelievable news. Yes, he had it. The entire assembly, with brackets, hoses, pumps and valves. And he quoted me the price over the phone, which I knew was fair. Grabbed my husband and we sped up to his shop. By the time we arrived, he'd already removed the engine and set it aside for me. He pointed out all the parts and asked what I needed. I knew the names of the parts, but this isn't a language I really speak. Marty willingly got on the phone with my muffler guy to confirm, so that nothing got overlooked. Then he had his crew load the parts into my car (thoughtfully tearing up a box and putting it down in my cargo hold to avoid stains since I didn't think to bring a blanket). He also offered to set the rest of the engine aside for me, just in case I needed anything else in order to pass emissions. This whole project is WAY outside my area of comfort and expertise, and I'd been to a few yards looking for these elusive parts. I hit the jackpot here, and Marty couldn't have been kinder, more professional, or more helpful. His magnet is on my fridge and I know where to go, or who to refer, if anyone needs truck parts in the future. I'm so grateful. Thank you Marty, Danny, and your whole team!

Marty knew I was out of state and wouldn't be purchasing anything from this location but Marty took the time to listen to my questions and provide answers. It ended up that my truck used the same differential as a Suburban and the part I needed was only 45 minutes away. I couldn't be more appreciative of his time and the staff at this location.
