My health insurance fully covers the procedure, as I confirmed before requesting an appointment. After 6 weeks of waiting, I went with an alternative option and had it all completed in 1 week. On top of that, the procedure is laser, so I was back to work the next morning (about 18 hours later), were as if I had it done here, I would have been down for 2 or 3 days.

Even though it was after four o'clock, and the Doctor's office was closing soon, I was able to meet with Dr. Brian Schuster at Uro Partners in Hinsdale. Dr, Schuster did a complete exam, identified my issue and took immediate steps to address my discomfort. I was provided a thorough explanation of what was causing my discomfort and given a prescription to resolve the issue. My thanks go out to Dr. Schuster and the entire Uro Partners Team. She is straight to the point and she is a calm collected professional with an ability to provide a lot of data about patient safety and satisfaction. I am scheduling direct to OR for a corrective surgery. After a nightmare at NM this is an easy situation at Loyola. Just have to go to my own PCP for preop (another advantage! Loyola winning more points here!) The doctor noted how needlephobic I am and decided to skip doing the in office nerve block and schedule me direct to OR in January.
