The gas attendant was sitting outside talking to the phone. Located at 23950 Lyons Ave. Newhall, CA 91321. I put my credit card in the pumping station 4 times, and their kiosk was having an issue. I went to the office and the guy was still on the phone and I explained to him that their machine is broken. He walked back and checked the pump and we both went back to the office. I gave him my credit card and asked for $15.00 on pump #5. He charged my card, and I went back to the pump and still I could not get the pump to work. I went back to him, and he was on the phone and asked him for assistance. He came back with a phone and said I already used $15.00 gas, and their pump is really fast.!!!! This is a FRAUD and i called the Sheriff Department and complained. I told the owner "IBRAHIM" that what they are doing is not ethical and I will let others know about this fraud.
