But what made my experience was this kind, honest man. He was super friendly, didn't try to upsell, and genuinely guided me through what was going on with my car so I knew for next time. The staff are incredibly polite and informative; they proactively reminded me about the taxes and environmental fees (which are also clearly stated in the Groupon fine print). ​Pro-tip for Groupon users: ​Enter through the oil change entrance first. ​Show your Groupon to the technician to get your completion paperwork. ​Take that paperwork to the front desk to have your voucher scanned. ​Keep the receipt they give you--you'll need to show it to the car wash attendant. ​Vacuum first, then head into the wash! ​As a bonus, there is an incredible Mexican restaurant on-site. It's easily the best pozole I've ever had! My only minor critique is that I would have liked a more thorough wipe-down of the windows. After he said he was done with it I walked around the truck and it was still completely dirty. They didn't clean the running boards, the cup holders are dirty, the entire truck still needs a wash. I asked for the manager where he proceeded to tell me it looks fine. My advice don't go here. They also charge $5 extra for trucks. Service was rude and the quality is horrendous.
