The location is convenient, but the charge you the credit price for using your debit card! This is the only Arco that charges credit price for my debit card. Regularly patronize this location because its conviently close to my home and job. Above all, this location has a nice team of people working there. Everyone at this location are all hard workers and they're all a friendly group of people. My sister is a regular customer, as well, she loves the slushy Coca Cola drinks but more important the great customer service!! There are a couple of ladies working there to be recognized. Nara is a wonderful person working there, always smiling and very helpful. My sister and I, have always had a great experience when she's there. I have seen her easily multi-task and help other customers with a sense of urgency. Another lovely employee is Rawan. Rawan is always happy to help, smiling, greeting customers. She is very quick and does her job very well. Covid was a real challenge for all these businesses. Big shoutout to "Nara" for providing exceptional service with a beautiful smile. This review is ironical coming from a Tesla Driver (recently dumped ICE for EV). I stop by frequently to cash in lotto and scratchers I normally buy from my work. You ask why I won't cash at my work - because every place when I go to cash in tickets , they frown instead of smile. This Arco is extremely busy but I never felt like I am bothering them. One day early morning, the owner even offered me a free drink of new slush coffee. What a nice guy. Bought this product off their shelf. I sit in the car and bite into this product not realizing this had mold on it. I walk in frustrated advising them it's not there fault because expiration date hadn't approached, however I just ate f-ing mold and I need a refund. The owner refuses to refund me because I said the f word. Flips me off and doesn't offer anything and even refused to give me his info. Good job Arco- great franchise owner you found. Took a video of your actions and guess what- Tomorrow I'm taking legal action. Horrible business ran, trashing Arcos brand... Not only is it the same price as a premium gas station (Shell, only few hundred feet down), they also charge a fat fee for debit cards, both at the pump and in the convenience store. If the gasoline was cheaper (than Shell), I wouldn't mind the debit fee. Not going there again. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The guy behind the counter made me go back to my car to get a mask just to leave a credit card to pay for our pump. I did that. Then had to wait in line behind a woman WITH NO MASK who was buying all sorts of things, taking for ever, dancing around like she was high on crack, WITH NO MASK. Stopped here to purchase something to eat on my way home from church. It is conveniently located off the freeway in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty of parking available at the location. Although I didn't stop for gas, I did notice the very short lines at the pumps and some very affordable gas prices! I don't normally write reviews for gas stations but I was so annoyed when I came here that I had to write a quick review. We were trying to get on the road for a long trip so I wanted to top off the tank. I never come to Arco since the gas quality is horrible but I came against my better judgment because it was so close and I was in a hurry. First off, you can't pay at your own pump. You have to walk to the middle pay station so you can pay for your pump that's 20 feet away. In addition, I have never been a fan of the gas stations that offer a different price for cash or credit, especially if they don't advertise the different prices from the street, and I didn't see it here or I wouldn't have come. Not only do they charge you more per gallon for credit/debit cards, they charge you an additional $0.35 debit card transaction fee just to use your card! Unbelievable. Lots of pumps. Cheapest gas for miles. Well except for on the premium pumps. The Mobil had cheaper premium. I think the important thing to note is that it's still way more expensive than in town. My car gets sick when I put expensive gas in it. It only takes arco. All the other gas I think is over priced, I need a mechanic to correct me if I'm wrong but I think all other gases is a waste of money. Arco is the best. The reason I gave a four star is because there are cheaper arco in the area. I came here because I was completely out of gas. Wish I had another 2 miles to go I would have found a cheaper place. Conveniently located just off the Lyons Ave exit on the I-5 in Santa Clarita, this is a great place to stop for gas on road trips. There is easy access on and off the freeway, the station has cheap gas, and it is very well lit - all important considerations when you are female and road trip to and from SoCal regularly by yourself. This is one of the last cheap places to get gas before heading North through the Grapevin, and once past it your options, both in the Grapevine and for MILES after, are quite expensive. The AM/PM minimart attached to the gas station is always clean and stocks most of my favorite non-nutritious calorie-laden road trip munchies and drinks. There are a number of fast food options within the same block (Jack-in-the-Box, Carl's Jr./Green Burrito, Taco Bell) and within a half-mile (In-N-Out, McDonalds) making it a great all-around pit stop! read more

I am pretty sure the pumps here are not calibrated correctly. My car has a 13 gallon tank. My gas light just came on before I gassed up and my tank supposedly took 12.5 gallons.Strange, considering I've taken my car about 50 miles after the gas light and didn't put more than 12 gallons in. So while gas may be a few center less here, you're better off driving down the street to Chevron where you actually get the gas you pay for. read more

Obviously not the best gas in the world, but we all know that. Prices being what they are, Arco is consistently the most affordable. This particular location is very near my home base, so I'm here a lot. It's clean, well-lit, and most of the staff are friendly. As with any gas station with pay-at-pump, be careful when entering your pin number if you use a debit card. My card was compromised here once and caused a bit of a headache. Overall, I like this shop and feel they deserve my business. I'm happy giving them my gas budget each month! read more

Overpriced food with a poor selection. All that profit from the food and you can't even clean up a bathroom. One would think that the bathroom should be kept clean at a gas station since that is the most frequented place... THIEVES!!!!! They put someone else's gas on my pump. I paid them for the gas I used with cash I needed for a purchase. When I asked for them to process a cash back transaction so I could withdrawal cash again for my purchase they told me no, that I needed to use the ATM and pay the $3 fee. I live near this Arco. It is the most expensive Arco in the Santa Clarita Valley. If price is important, there are cheaper stations. Also, get ready to stand in line to pay. If you are using cash, you must go inside and wait for the one slow cashier to serve you (and 20 other people). read more
