We called Lyons for help with a mouse problem. Initially, Rob was friendly and helpful. So much so, that during their first visit right before the holidays, we prepaid paid for a second visit. I wouldn't normally do that, but was thinking to myself "this is the giving season". However, they never called to schedule the second visit, and after leaving multiple messages, I've never heard back from them. Very disappointing to be treated this way. Mouse problem persists. I never take the time to write a review. However, I have decided that I have to do it now. The reply to my phone call about the wasp problem was very timely and to the point. Rob came to our house in the morning to figure out the problem. He explained to me what he is going to do and he came again on the same day with needed help and equipment. It was after sunset, the wasps were inside the nest by then. He applied the chemicals to the nest on a very steep roof and in the very tight attic. After that, the wasps were gone.
