We had a really excellent experience with Zoifia in the fall dealing with a mouse problem. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and Leo was super friendly, prompt, and responsive. He filled in all of the holes in our walls and floors. He listened to us tell him where we had seen the mice, and moved our dishwasher and oven to get to the harder to reach areas to place traps. I found Zoifia via Yelp. The company was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry. I found a wasp nest that was near the roofline of our condo, nesting in between the sidings, so I couldn't remove it myself so i seeked professional help. George was able to show up within the next day. He showed up on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He acknowledged that it was a nest of yellow jackets and he educated me on how they nest and what his products do to the wasps. He also has a cool tool where he can access nests that are higher in elevation without the requirement of a ladder. After the treatment, he indicated to wait a few days to see if the wasp activity goes away. A few days later, I did notice a 2nd location and mentioned it to George. He came back a few days later and confirmed the 2nd nest. He treated it at no additional cost. I am very satisfied with the service from Zoifia. Here is the deal. so called Zoifia and they were able to come put to take a look at the rodent problem we have. They put up traps in many places and advised us to call them in a few weeks if the problem persists, for a follow-up visit. During a followup visit, their guy put twice as many mouse traps. This, unfortunately did not help. The folks at Zoifia are very friendly and seem knowledgeable, so I am very happy with their customer service. It pains me to write this negative review, but unfortunately we still have the rodent problem which they were not able to solve, despite trying. read more

They forget their customers. My landlord called them to get the place exterminated for earwig bugs, and the appointment went well; however, I extermination did require me to leave the house for 3-4 hours in order to the spray to dry. In order to get a time frame as to when I could return home, the inspector said he would let the landlord know so I could count down from there. A week later, the issue still persisted as I was still finding the bugs and spots where their eggs were lying around, I requested to have the exterminators number from the landlord as my intention was to reach out on advice to keep the earwigs at bay and prevent them from repopulating; however, I was informed that the issue regarding the insects was worse then expected with other critters found behind the stove, and a second spray was suggested in order to take care of the issue. We went ahead and made an appointment for Monday 7/29 @ 10 am in order to get the issue resolved, which would mean I would need to arrange to be out of my house for yet another day. Come time for the appointment, no exterminator showed up. When I reached out to see if I was still to expect an exterminator to arrive, I was told I was forgotten to be placed on the schedule and the individual would reach out to the technician for him to arrive. When the other technician reached out, I was then informed that because I was forgotten - yet again - a different technician reached out asking if I had time to exterminate Thursday at 9 am and provided me with instructions on what would be required - instructions that were failed to be provided when I originally made the appointment for Monday that never happened cause "It was never put on the schedule and they no longer had the availability." With all the love and respect, I fail to see how being failed to put on the schedule is my problem, especially after the exterminator failed to contact me after the first visit to let me know he was completed, failed/forgot to let me know about the other critters found and waited for me to reach out, and failed/forgot to put me in the schedule for a second spray - which was his idea!!! Apparently business is so well they have the luxury to forget their customers. Human mistake? Probably, but to be forgotten 3 times? Sounds like a pattern/habit, especially since they failed to bring to my attention the other bugs! From their actions, it's speaking "I don't care about my clients or the individuals paying my bills." Quite frankly, these actions sound like their too busy or have other pressing matters to attend to. Either way, it sounds like Zoifia has other things on their mind that are clearly a higher priority to attend to. Find another exterminator. Although they have 5 stars, their lack of care and attention to their customers when they arrive is indication effect that your better off going with a different extermination company - maybe one with a few less stars so they can remember you, actually follow up with the services they requested and inform you of the full extent of the issue as this one sounds overwhelmed. read more
