I waited 3 months to write this review, my daughter setup my appointment in my apartment due to a roach infestation in my unit. BandB answered immediately and within 2 days ( for a VERY affordable price)I had a technician at my house. The honest and polite gentleman, DJ, answered every single one of my questions ( and best believe there was a lot). He spent nearly 30 minutes just explaining the process and what to expect. I went to stay at my downstairs neighbors apartment during service and during that time (about an hour and a half) I heard DJ moving furniture and appliances and for nearly 30 minutes I heard the big loud machine( he called it his fogging buddy). Over the course of the next few days I found HUNDREDS of dead roaches. It's been 3 months and I have not seen a single roach! As someone who was super skeptical about pest control ( I've had bad experiences) I'm PLEASANTLY surprised at how well coordinated and informative this company is. DJ truly saved my life as I was ready to relocate homes. I cannot love these guys enough and will definitely be using them (hopefully never LOL) should anything ever arise again. B&B only put poison around and the poison didn't work for a month. I had my condo send someone and they put traps and the traps got them. I asked the condo guy what he thought about their poison and he said he wasn't surprised it didn't do anything. I liked B&B's service but wish they would switch up their methodology. I can't knock them too bad because they did plug up gaps in the house but they are too confident in their poison. read more

Had them come 2 times for cockroaches. The first time they sprayed the guy did a thorough job. The second follow up spray it was a different guy and he barely sprayed anything. My cockroaches never went away. I am disabled so I got sick and never complained. I called to see if they can come out and they said I will need to pay. I think I should have paid more for another company that will eradicate the issue in the first place. Now they are crawling up to the second floor. Will have to look for a different company. My kids are disgusted. I beat cancer this year but cant beat these damn things! read more

We contacted B&B regarding a mice problem in the house. We scheduled an appointment and they came out within days. Their representative Preston came to the house and assessed the situation. He put out bait traps where he felt there was a need. He was very friendly and patient with my elderly father who had a lot of questions. I called Dennis yesterday and he was here at my house today at 9am sharp. I had a big yellow jacket nest in my front stairs. He tried several times to get the nest, but it was hidden. I'm reading the first few reviews on here about B&B Pest Control and my experience couldn't be more different. The person I spoke with, Jerry, was at first helpful until I asked a few questions. He was quite annoyed. I let that go and set up an appointment, anyway because they were nearby and had a good rating. The morning of the afternoon appointment, I bravely called back wanting to know such things as will there be residue, an odor, would they be spraying any place above baseboards, etc. He refused to listen to my questions. His response was "I answered questions before!" He intonated that I could cancel. And eventually I did. His behavior was disgraceful. read more

Their automated email had said to call them to arrange an appointment, and I shared with them that I needed their assistance prior to my Mom's first major visit after her hospitalization, and they never dignified my call with a response. I don't think I have ever hired anyone from any company that was as polite, knowledgeable, and as thorough as DJ was. Using B&B once previously before, I knew they'd do a great job with my mouse problem, but DJ treated the job as if it was there first time here (and even found a few places that were missed previously). With my worries about our newborn and our dog, he put my mind at ease in taking the time to explain what types of products they use and exactly where he would put them. These are the types of workers every company should strive to hire and keep on staff. I cannot say enough about their services. We were having a mouse problem in our house last year and Louise came over and serviced our home. I am a person who has severe health anxiety and I am also a clean freak, so when I seen signs of rodent activity in my home I panicked. They filled all entry points, set up bait stations, and gave amazing advice on how to handle the situation. After they came, we didn't see any rodent activity for over a year. I recently needed to have my stove fixed, so we took it out of the wall and droppings were behind there.
