I never had sciatic nerve pain before, but now I have severe pain in my right back. hip, thigh, buttocks and down my leg. It's been eight days and its not getting any better. I guess Bill decided not to return my calls because the damage is already done and there is nothing he can do to help me. Appointment time was 8:00. We were taken back at 8:12 and finished by 8:16. We weren't given exercises, we weren't coached on what to do at home, and we didn't leave with anything that resembled a plan. We were simply told the next appointment is when they'd start. That brief encounter resulted in about a $300 insurance bill plus our $25 copay. I contacted the office afterward to discuss what happened and asked about a copay refund. No response.. We then went to a different PT clinic and the first visit was about 65 minutes with a thorough assessment and a home program immediately. That contrast says it all..
