I went to Origin PT for vertigo and then a few months later for severe pain in my neck and back. OMG Kayla got rid of the vertigo in only a few short sessions. My neck and back are 80% better and I still have sessions left for my back and neck. She gave to stretches to do and during our sessions she put me in traction and I love that!! Almost a year ago from today, I fully ruptured my left patellar tendon playing soccer. With the recommendation of my surgeon, I began my physical therapy with Origin - It was one of the best decisions I made. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and have been supportive throughout all the ups and downs. Because of them, I was able to accomplish a recent goal of mines - To hike Half Dome! I've been going to Origin since February for some chronic lower back & hip pain. My daughter is having such an incredible time here at Origin physical therapy. Not typically a pediatrics center for PT. Our new pediatric referred us to them. They take our insurance however. With me being an army veteran that's important to me. They are very friendly - from Susan at the front desk to Kaylee her PT. Kaylee has been the most incredible provider and care giver of Alana. Working in the field of pediatrics myself I can understand how difficult it can be to be patient with your patients. Kaylee has never ONCE shown any sign of impatience. My daughter has some pretty crazy ADHD and it can be hard for her to focus. Kaylee has incorporated so many exercises into her therapy that you wouldn't even think of at home. I can honestly say and my wife agrees she is someone who loves her job and cares for her patients. She has given us so much education about our daughter's physiology and how we can work on it at home. Giving us the tools to work with her every day. Most importantly about Kaylee is she listens to us. When we point out things we see and how some parts don't seem to be normal about our daughter. Unlike some experts who brush off what you're saying because their experts she listens and examines on the spot. Agreed and explained it. We absolutely love having Kaylee as our PT. WHERE TO BEGIN. Origin is incredible to say the least. From the minute you walk in the door greeted by the front desk, to the caliber of professionalism and knowledge from the physical therapists. I've been struggling with a chronic hip and hamstring injury since 2018, and nobody has been able to properly diagnose my problem. Origin is the only place I've ever had 1) a true diagnosis, 2) specific exercises to improve, and 3) monthly testing to track progress. Awesome group.. I broke my ankle in 3 places in March '23, and had a plate and 11 screws to repair. In the last year I have completed a 102 mile bike race/ride, the Army 10-Miler run and ran the inaugural Las Vegas Half Marathon. I'm convinced the care/treatment I received through Origin was a significant contributor to my recovery and preparation for these events. I'm a veteran and get treated by the VA, and the VA referred me to Origin PT. Can't say enough great things about the entire crew. I was referred by my surgeon to Origin Physical Therapy since July of this year. I had six weeks pre-op knee surgery, and I am still in the process of eight weeks post-op. I tore my ACL, MCL, and lateral meniscus, but was only able to repair ACL and MCL. My recovery post-op was very hard, as I suffered some complications along the way. The staff at Origin Physical Therapy is amazing! They are all so friendly, have a great camaraderie within their team. Ms. Susie is the first friendly face you see when you walk in. Ms. Susie is the mama of the team for sure! She makes you feel like she's known you forever. She makes you feel very welcomed and remembers things about each client. She is an absolute pro at managing everyone's schedules, referrals and calls. The physical therapists rotate clients, so you get the chance to meet and work with almost every one. The physical therapists are all super friendly, encouraging, and intuitive to their clients. As a very vocal client, the physical therapists are very understanding and tolerate me during the painful moments (which I am so grateful for). The rapport built between the physical therapists and the clients really make a difference of your recovery. I was able to really heal and make great progress throughout my recovery and rehabilitation with Origin Physical Therapy. Despite all the hardships of my recovery, I don't think I would have such a positive healing experience, had it not been for this team. This is an amazing place. Anthony correctly diagnosed my symptom as De Quervain's tenosynovitis (in my case, pain on the right hand and wrist) and not only referred me to a specialist but gave me the treatment I needed to recover. 2 years ago I had a total knee replacement and Anthony and his team of Therapists got me on my feet and moving. Answered when I called and made me an appointment on short notice. In fact, they squeezed me in 3 times within 4 days the same week and got me back on my feet (or in front of Zoom as it were) with effective pain management therapy, thoughtful exercises and light stretching. It's so many positive things to say about Origin Physical Therapy. Well Susie is simply amazing, phenomenal. Kind and caring.
