The worst hair salon i ever been to ruined my hair,…read moredamaged my hair completely rude stuff UNHYGIENIC Hi so i came in and i noticed quickly everyone basically had attitude expect the younger brunette girl, the girl doing my hair seemed upset she didn't even say anything introduce herself, She was pretty rude she told me WHO DID your hair ? it looks bad whoever did it last did a terrible job, my hair was not bad walking in i'll even post pictures of before and after, also there was drawers with hairbrushes cigarette buds and dirty napkins sooo digusting it was dirty and also the hairbrushes and towels smelt like mildew completely such a disgusting smell i had to hold in my nose, the lady doin my hair lights was tiffin, and she was really aggressive putting the foils she like hurt me by yanking and also when the other lady took them out it was very aggressive i noticed everyone was super aggressive and not gentle at all i don't know why. so the lady proceeds to leave the bleach in too long (tiffin) and my hair starts breaking off into chunks and falling out from the moment she took off the foil rinsed and blow dried MY HAIR NEVER FALLS OUT VERY rarely, i have been bleaching since over 6 years this has not happened ONCE to me like chunks ere coming out, my hair felt so knotty and like a gummy texture so damaged. So she tried to hide the hair, from the hair brush but it was falling all over the place my friend says, oh your hair is falling out pretty heavy and i said oh wow it is and i noticed if i touched it hair was coming off just falling off it was crazy so i was like yeah it's falling out i stood calm. To be respectful but this over weight blonde lady comes, and starts screaming at both of us calling us imbeciles saying we are not professional hair dressers, and she kept asking us sarcastically yelling ARE YOU A HAIR DRESSER, and she says you are saying the hair is falling out but welcome to being blonde, it happens. The other lady who put the bleach in tiffin says yeah well that's what happens you had very damaged hair and if you keep up you'll be bald (i'm sending pics of my hair before nowhere near bald) Also, if my hair was damaged why did she convince me to get a full set of highlights instead of full? she also seemed mad i was having a conversation about what i wanted she was literally signing, and so mad for no entire reaosn it was the worst experience of my life and i can't believe the other lady screamed at us and called us names, she said if you don't wanna pay we'll just take brown hair dye and dump it on your head so it can be like the way it was before, with all that root you had, and threatened to call the cops i said go ahead and call them, they did i just paid and left to avoid conflict but it was the worst experience of my life, i also forgot to mention that i paid for a blowout I DID NOT receive they charge 45 for a blowout, but if you don't pay for it after paying 270 for a full set of highlights you walk out the salon with wet hair , so i needed to pay the extra 45 which i said i was fine with but the lady just blow dried it normally and didn't even blow it out pretty with the brush, so i asked her why she didn't and she said okay its on the house dont worry. then i was Charged 80 dollars for it !!!!! and they told me if i don't pay they're going to put the brown hair dye in my head and call cops, i was scared honestly of them they were 2 over weight tall ladies who seemed like they wanted to fight with me. such a disgusting experience

I believe I've gotten 2 or 3 different stylists to work with me and each one really takes their time. I've been to other places where they usually rush this even when you pay more, so I appreciated their timeliness and effort. Their chairs for hair washing are super comfy too. Again, the 2 ladies managing them were good and the other customers were even very kind about my shrieking 2 year old! I was stressed about it but they all made me feel ok. This is also a reasonably priced place. Price = age of your kid + $7! Much better than the "children's hair salons" which charge $25-$30 per kid. Just got a cut and color by Lana, and I love it!…read more The first few minutes of my appointment was a consultation where Lana suggested I try an all natural color product free of any chemicals. I am so glad I listened to her recommendation! My hair is shiny and beautiful and not dried out at all. At the end of the appointment Lana even took me outside with the mirror to show me how beautiful the color looks in the sun. I've had it from a box which was dirty blonde, or rather a darker blonde but blonde. She mixed everything up and you know to do the dying of my hair from whatever she had. I kept telling her dirty blonde you know what blonde hair but a little darker blonde that's all but it's blonde. I made it very clear to her what it was, she made my hair, dark brown with caramel she said dark brown without asking for permission to change what I told her I wanted she did what she wanted to do and ruined my hair color people. I love the haircut. I told her I love the haircut. I did not tell her I love the color. I said I never had this color before. I don't know. I mean it looks good, but it's not what I wanted. I wanted dirty blonde hair so I called immediately afterwards to tell her I needed her to lighten it up. It was wrong but she didn't answer nobody was answering so then I sent an email and I complained about it and I said it has to be lighter and I didn't get a response so I wrote again to today which is days later I had already gone to my old Hairdresser were they had to do a full head of a blonde highlights to take out the heavy the dark brown that she had put in they couldn't put a color on top of it because it would damage my hero. I was told so they had to put highlights hopefully head. It was a lot of money and they already paid a lot of money to her and I gave her huge tip which she shouldn't have gotten because she's the owner owners are not supposed to be tipped but she's welcoming. She's welcome tips. I read somewhere before that. She had done this to someone else and she did it to me that she got someone else's color was all off. I don't think she's a licensed colorist and when I said that to her tonight, she was oh no no but she didn't. She didn't prove she was licensed. I believe she's not a licensed colorist and she's doing color and people's hair today. She was coloring somebody's hair black my friend had her haircut there and she said she was putting black on someone's hair and but it was the one with dark hair so it wasn't someone who had lighter hair, but the quality of the dye is good because my hair was still soft. I didn't smell peroxide nothing like that but she doesn't follow the customers requests. Well she doesn't know what she's doing. Somebody should investigate if she in fact has a colorist on staff to do color or if she has a license and training to do color I'll never go back there again. I really should get my money back and everybody who saw it didn't like it. I thought it made me look younger, but it wasn't what I wanted and then I thought what am I gonna do about the Rutsch? It's gonna be dark Rutsch now and that means I have to keep going back. I don't want. I don't want to care. It's not me. I never had dark hair. I wanted the dirty blonde. Why couldn't you give me what I asked for? She knew that's what color I had some of it was still in my hair from Cvs so anyway that's my complaint that she is probably operating as a colorist without training and without a license and that she will not give you what you ask for and that as Owner she's not supposed to be taking big tips and she takes big tips cause I gave her big tip and so did my friend, but my friend didn't have her hair color there so she's only good for haircuts and she's usually late for appointments. It seems she has trouble getting there. She's coming from a distance. today instead of accepting she made a mistake. She argued with me and she tried to put words in my mouth saying I said I love the hair color. I did not say I love the hair color now she has no witness because nobody was there at that moment. I love the haircut that's what I was saying I loved. I told her I wanted dirty blonde hair and she said I don't like dirty. That's what she said to me. She didn't like the word dirty. Maybe she didn't have the right color in stock? Maybe she just didn't know how to get it to the right color? My friend was giving a give me a morning appointment and she was very late to arrive and my friend was sitting in a car for the longest time. Then when the woman finally shows up, she said oh no, that's not the appointment that I have I don't have that eye crossed that off that's that I don't come at that hour, but in fact, she did have an appointment at an early hour. Her daughter had made the appointment so it's just lies. She's not able to be honest. She's not able to tell the truth. She argues instead thinking she'll bully a person to be quiet. I told her I'm never going back to her again. I'm going to my Hairdresser. The one I used to go to the other ones who gave me the hairstyle that I told her to copy now I'm just going to go to the original.
