Especially the hair dresser with the bright pink hair (didn't get her name) who did a wonderful job with my 4 year old - both in haircut and in managing her and keeping her engaged! My 2 year old is a WRECK during haircuts and although she screams and fights, they still did a good job with her bangs. The 2nd time we went, we just popped in on a Saturday morning with no appointment and they were very accommodating. Again, the 2 ladies managing them were good and the other customers were even very kind about my shrieking 2 year old! I was stressed about it but they all made me feel ok. This is also a reasonably priced place. Price = age of your kid + $7! Much better than the "children's hair salons" which charge $25-$30 per kid. I have been a loyal client and have referred her tons of business because I knew she was starting a new business out on her own. But after yesterday, my opinion has changed dramatically. Her business has increasingly been going downhill and her behavior toward her clients worse and worse. Yesterday she told me to BLOWDRY MY OWN HAIR. The only reason I obliged was because I was in so much shock. She took me an hour late and then went 2 hours over time when I told her I needed to be somewhere 15 minutes later and had to meet a client of my own. List of shocking behavior: 1. Insulting me 2 appointments ago as to why I went a few months without seeing her. I considered leaving her then. I should have. 2. She has no respect for your time. Increasing wait time (up to 1 hr). She turned away a client and made her come back 3 hours later. 3. Double booking and forgetting to schedule you in. (This has happened twice.) 4. Only cares about your money. She told the client before me that her credit card machine was broken but took mine 1.5 hours later after confronting her about her unprofessional behavior. 5. Her work has been getting worse. My haircut is not as great as it was a few years ago. There are many other better colorists who blend better than her and know how to do balayage much better than her. Dont waste your time here. I dont know why I kept going back. Her haircut is okay but you can find better. Her techniques and styles are outdated. I was shopping around for a new stylist, but I only went back because I was hoping my suspicions weren't true and I was used to her at this point. But suspicions of her unscrupulous behavior were proven correct. Debrah doesn't care about her clients. She has no integrity. And her work no longer warrants what she charges. If I am giving you my money, I expect respect. I asked around to see if I was imagining things. I felt so hurt and undervalued. But everyone agreed with me. You DO NOT treat your clients like this. Your client is there by CHOICE. And we also have the CHOICE not to be your client anymore. Don't get so comfortable that you feel you can disrespect people like this. Let this be a lesson. Be warned.

I've had it from a box which was dirty blonde, or rather a darker blonde but blonde. She mixed everything up and you know to do the dying of my hair from whatever she had. I kept telling her dirty blonde you know what blonde hair but a little darker blonde that's all but it's blonde. I made it very clear to her what it was, she made my hair, dark brown with caramel she said dark brown without asking for permission to change what I told her I wanted she did what she wanted to do and ruined my hair color people. I love the haircut. I told her I love the haircut. I did not tell her I love the color. I said I never had this color before. I don't know. I mean it looks good, but it's not what I wanted. I wanted dirty blonde hair so I called immediately afterwards to tell her I needed her to lighten it up. It was wrong but she didn't answer nobody was answering so then I sent an email and I complained about it and I said it has to be lighter and I didn't get a response so I wrote again to today which is days later I had already gone to my old Hairdresser were they had to do a full head of a blonde highlights to take out the heavy the dark brown that she had put in they couldn't put a color on top of it because it would damage my hero. I was told so they had to put highlights hopefully head. It was a lot of money and they already paid a lot of money to her and I gave her huge tip which she shouldn't have gotten because she's the owner owners are not supposed to be tipped but she's welcoming. She's welcome tips. I read somewhere before that. She had done this to someone else and she did it to me that she got someone else's color was all off. I don't think she's a licensed colorist and when I said that to her tonight, she was oh no no but she didn't. She didn't prove she was licensed. I believe she's not a licensed colorist and she's doing color and people's hair today. She was coloring somebody's hair black my friend had her haircut there and she said she was putting black on someone's hair and but it was the one with dark hair so it wasn't someone who had lighter hair, but the quality of the dye is good because my hair was still soft. I didn't smell peroxide nothing like that but she doesn't follow the customers requests. Well she doesn't know what she's doing. Somebody should investigate if she in fact has a colorist on staff to do color or if she has a license and training to do color I'll never go back there again. I really should get my money back and everybody who saw it didn't like it. I thought it made me look younger, but it wasn't what I wanted and then I thought what am I gonna do about the Rutsch? It's gonna be dark Rutsch now and that means I have to keep going back. I don't want. I don't want to care. It's not me. I never had dark hair. I wanted the dirty blonde. Why couldn't you give me what I asked for? She knew that's what color I had some of it was still in my hair from Cvs so anyway that's my complaint that she is probably operating as a colorist without training and without a license and that she will not give you what you ask for and that as Owner she's not supposed to be taking big tips and she takes big tips cause I gave her big tip and so did my friend, but my friend didn't have her hair color there so she's only good for haircuts and she's usually late for appointments. It seems she has trouble getting there. She's coming from a distance. today instead of accepting she made a mistake. She argued with me and she tried to put words in my mouth saying I said I love the hair color. I did not say I love the hair color now she has no witness because nobody was there at that moment. I love the haircut that's what I was saying I loved. I told her I wanted dirty blonde hair and she said I don't like dirty. That's what she said to me. She didn't like the word dirty. Maybe she didn't have the right color in stock? Maybe she just didn't know how to get it to the right color? My friend was giving a give me a morning appointment and she was very late to arrive and my friend was sitting in a car for the longest time. Then when the woman finally shows up, she said oh no, that's not the appointment that I have I don't have that eye crossed that off that's that I don't come at that hour, but in fact, she did have an appointment at an early hour. Her daughter had made the appointment so it's just lies. She's not able to be honest. She's not able to tell the truth. She argues instead thinking she'll bully a person to be quiet. I told her I'm never going back to her again. I'm going to my Hairdresser. The one I used to go to the other ones who gave me the hairstyle that I told her to copy now I'm just going to go to the original.
