They had all the ingredients you needed. The beef on the other hand was a too much in pieces for me. Usually pho will have the thinly slices of beef but Pho Saigon had small chunks here and there. The broth itself was really good and flavorful, tasted very herby and fresh. This was probably the best food deal I had in Copenhagen!
