There is a bus system that runs through the apartment complex that is free to ride for students. It comes at convenient times and get me to my classes on time. Overall, this is a fun place to live. It has a volleyball court, basketball court, fields to play football and soccer in, a pool, and a frolf course. I never have issues with parking and the maintenance crew is on point and efficient for the most part. Rent is pretty good if you compare it with other common student housing around campus. Overall great place to live and I would recommend it as a MNSU student.

Had to pay out of pocket to extend my hotspot and they refused to pay me back for their mistake. They will enter you apartment and turn off the water without notice because they "forget" to send them out. They allow dogs but there's broken glass ALL over the property that I repeatedly have to clean up. For most of the winter they didn't clean our sidewalks and my boyfriend or the downstairs neighbor would go shovel and sand so people didn't fall. We have a large problem with theft in the mail/laundry rooms and had to create a petition for the management to even consider putting up cameras. Now it's been almost a year and still no cameras but supposedly they are coming. Rent wise they charge us an extra $32 a month for "resident benefits" that we never get anything from (supposed to be coupons or free stuff from local spots) and i just found out I also have to pay annually for my dog to have a pet account each year which is another $35 on top of the $100 a month it cost to have him + $600 pet deposit that you don't get back. Overall they don't communicate or try to improve their properties AT ALL and wonder why no one wants to move in. They also have people pretending to give them 5 star reviews on google to trick people into thinking some people like them. I know because some of the account name's are people I met with/spoke to when moving in... they've boughten so many properties I believe they have to money to make decent apartments they just truly don't care about making a safe, decent place for residents to live and want to make money

Great maintenance man but his hands are tied as well, due to corporate and only having so many hours in a work week. There is NO onsite management living here either so when they go home for the night or weekend, they could give two shits about what is going on, or needs attention! The manager her has about 110 units to manage between the two properties and is way overloaded with the amount of paperwork and compliance for the income based part of their property. Literally MONTHS to get approved and now the lying by management to appease residents will bite them in the butt. Turnovers are horrendously and painstakingly delayed which causes additional lies about your move in date and they could care less! The buildings were hastily put together as witnessed by things like crack in walls from ground settling, tons of missed powenails in mounting cupboards an d cabinets, now splitting the wood, not to mention the cheapest paint and carpet known to mankind. Tent raises are at least $50.00 a year while services and support staff have been nothing but cut. Elevators have been out at least three times in the 2 years i've been here, once for almost 10 days. No urgency in repairs, same thing with underground parking garage doors.
