Went in to Deerfield Beach lication today. Told them I had asthma and smoking was rough. They suggested I but the 1:1 inhalers. Bought two. Got home and tried one puff and started heavily coughing and then had moderate chest irritation I called them and told them what happened and requested a refund. Was told NO. I then asked could I just return the unopened unit bought 90 minutes earlier Was told no unless it was defective.. I usually use another dispensary in same area and they have a much fairer policy I would not go back here! read more

This makes for a lot of competition and it also makes it easy to get a real-time comparison of the various stores, their prodicts and service. It's clear that the MUV corporate show is much better, more advanced and seems to care about their patients more than the other local competitors. At MUV, you are treated well, service is fast (even during sales), sales associates know their products and recognize faces. The inventory always seems to be stocked and all data/info on the product is readily available. They also run frequesnt speacials on their product. * my only complaint is that I can't bring my extremely well behaved black lab with me as he goes everywhere with me, but this is because some customers don't know how to raise dogs for public outings. read more

Ordered online with a chat agent, since discounts available for first time customers have no "discount code" you can enter yourself. He was very quick, helpful and polite. Told me what to expect next and I was done. Next day got a call as expected and the woman was also efficient, helpful and friendly and explained the rest of the process. Muv 100% has the most knowledgeable budtenders out of all the dispensaries in Florida. I didn't catch the MODs name, but he made my day by somehow finding a coveted, extremely popular item in the back for me when I had been repeatedly told (by the call center) that it was sold out. I have experienced a constant out of stock situation most of the times I want to buy an oral tincture strain. I have been advised to try different strains and usually find them not in stock and am steered to another strain they highly recommend. I have tried various strains and I might as well throw my money down the toilet. They are a joke and I suggest anyone starting out look for other dispensaries. I gave them a choice to make things right or lose me as a customer. They have lost me as a customer. And on many occasions, as a senior able to get a discount on Sundays, I have often found out of stock conditions on Sunday but in stock during the week when I am not able to get a discount. Florida still does not have recreational marijuana which is very disappointing. The state makes customers get a doctors permission which is $200, then you have to pay MUV $75 to join the "pot state wagon"- There is quite a bit time involved in getting state permission to take marijuana products. I personally use indica products to help me sleep. read more
