Always work with the same girl every time I go in and I'm pretty familiar with what I need. This time the trolls were special edition as well as star trek, if I heard her correctly? I stay true to the lip liners, red being my signature look. He said she said & cherry. Also Gold deposit and soft and gentle are consistently my go to. I tried the eye cream to smooth out the undereye before concealer and it was on point. Very impressed. Bought my fix and concealer which doesn't cake and looks very smooth. Overall super happy yet again with my experience and the helpful girl. I'm going to get her name next time she is consistently amazing. read more

Never returning to this location. The customer service here is terrible. I went in with a friend who wanted to buy lipstick. The place was empty and there was only one person working. She was on the phone the entire time, not acknowledging us. Every time we would go over, she would roll her eyes and sigh. Excuse me? We are CUSTOMERS! Your job is to make sure we find what we're looking for and treat us with respect, since you're a business. We left appalled after waiting 10 minutes of listening to her talk on the phone. read more

I love love love this store. Every time I enter this store I am greeted with a smile and staff are always willing to help. I have gotten my make up done a couple of times by Antonella. Let me tell you, not only is she amazing at what she does (the amount of compliments I received from people about the make up were so humbling!) and she really listens to what you want and is so personable. She is all you need and would EVER want in a make up artist doing your make up for ANY event. I have recommended her to a friend for her engagement photos and the make up she did on my friend was flawless as well. Antonella opened up the store earlier one Saturday to accomodate my schedule. What amazing customer service! I would recommend this store a million times over. I have only used Antonella and absolutely loved her, but I have seen the other work as well and no matter who you use, you will not be disappointed! I have to say I really never liked going into MAC before, I always felt like out of place. The store in Macy's was horrible. I never got customer service and one time I was doing makeup and the girl left me waiting to do someone else I think her friend, unreal. Well I took another chance and walked into this MAC and what a difference. I was greeted right away and felt so comfortable .I had a wedding to go to and Amina did my makeup. I have never felt so beautiful and she was so helpful and taught me so much. I had a totally Different experience and I finally found my Makeup girl. I was so upset when I went back and she wasn't there I was told she was on medical leave, and someone else Can help me. It really was not the same, I didn't want to be rude but I was not happy With the experience and didn't like my Makeup at all. I wish Amina was back I didn't go back but my Sisters wedding was coming up so I was Panicking , I was going to try somewhere else and happened to be passing the store while shopping and I seen her ... she was back .!!! What a pleasure , she helped me get all new makeup and now makeup bag is one to envy I booked her for the wedding . You can show her any photo and will do your makeup even better. Going into a MAC not being very knowledge in the makeup department, can always be a little intimidating. I went in today for foundation and got excellent service. Glow approached me and she was so kind and helpful. Truly someone you want to work with when you don't know what exactly your looking for. I've come into this mall store multiple times and its always the same problem. You will only have a staff of 3 workers, who are trying to help customers pick out their makeup, check them out at the registers and do make overs!! This is on a WEEKDAY mind you !!!!Meanwhile there will be a group of 5 customers or more standing around who are patiently waiting to be helped. It's ridiculous. Their was only one girl working a day I came in and was doing a make over She walked away from her client at least 4 times I was there I started talking to the young lady that was having her face done and she said , she had to be at a photo shoot in 30 mins and they told her it would be around 45 mins when she booked her appointment At that point it was a little over an hour she was there she told me because her make artist had to keep helping other customers she felt bad for this her girl but she also was upset that she was running so behind !!! I felt for both of them the make up artist told her the next employee would not be in for another 2 hours!!! The makeup artists are friendly but it's too busy they need more workers. It's hard to find help but when you finally do, they are very helpful .I would of been more patient and not leave with a attitude if it wasn't for the fact that every time I come here it's the same problem! I recently just switched to MAC products over a year ago but leaving that store makes me want to stick with sephora instead. Shame on whoever staffs this store! They should think about their customers needs first ! And also their poor workers that look like they just finishing running around a marathon. read more

Let me start by saying that I'm not someone who enjoys going to get their makeup done or their hair done but I had an event that I was going to last minute and decided to call over and make an appointment. I called as soon as the store opened and Antonella answered with the most bubbly voice I've ever heard. Their computer system had gone down and she promised me a call back. Usually that means that I'll get a call after a few hours but not in this case she called me back within 15 minutes and accommodated my last minute appointment. Fast forward to that afternoon when I walked in apprehensively to the sweetest person ever Rosie. After going over what the event was for she and I got to talking and laughing the entire time she was doing my makeup. Antonella and another artist were also there and everyone was chatting together. Not only did my makeup come out exactly how I wanted it but even better and the overall vibe in the store and my experience was amazing. I truly can't wait to go back and see Rosie and Antonella and can't recommend them both enough. read more

I had my makeup done by Antonella for a wedding I was in, on a Friday morning. I am so thankful that they were able to fit me in a little earlier than they normally start, because I had a very long day ahead of me. My makeup turned out beautifully - I felt like I was ready for a red carpet! - and lasted over 12 hours!! I have no doubt that I will go back to this location for any future events I have.
