However, lately we have some frustrations regarding our bills. My wife was given a quote regarding her implant last year. She did not have it done due to the amount needed. Early this year, she was given another quote since she was told that the tooth beside here vacant tooth might be the cause for her toothache as it started to lean towards it. However, because it was a necessity and due to the participation of the insurance as expressed in the quote, my wife paid the total amount of the procedure even though it has yet to be done January 20 in the amount of $1291.50 thinking that it is all that we have to pay. Then she was scheduled for the molding of the implant after a week or two. She went to the cashier to ask if there is any patient responsibility she has to pay and was said she's good. Then she got a call for about three weeks so that it will now be installed however she went there 1 week after the call due to the availability of her time. She again went back to the cashier to ask if she must pay anything but was told she is good. Then March came and we received a bill that the insurance has paid their share and we must pay $1185.20. We were so shocked on how big the balance is. We tried to call but no one responded so we left a voicemail. Perhaps, of the COVID lock downs. We understand. Then came Monday of this week; since we did not expect the call, we were not able to pick up. Yesterday we called back, no one answered but left a voicemail. Earlier today, they called, and I picked up. I asked them why? The person told me that the insurance did not cover a certain amount because the lost teeth that had the bridge on had been extracted long before. The insurance only covers if the tooth was extracted by the time we are in that insurance. With this situation, we told them that it was not our fault since they are the only one who knows about the policies of the insurances and they are even network with that insurance. If there must be somebody to pay for this, it would be the cashier of this dental clinic or the insurance agent whom the cashier happens to talk or quote with. Else they will forego this bill since this is clearly not the patient's fault and they always have buffer funds to fill in with. If this is the case, any clinic can make these quotes just to have the procedure done especially if it entails a lot of money neglecting their patients. We have been good patients to them, and we are paying our bills on time despite we need to spend our money on some other expenses. We even have just spent almost $3000 for the procedure of our 3-year-old baby who was referred by this clinic to look for a child dentist due to her cavities but was advised to have her teeth crowned through a hospital procedure by the child dentist. However, they really want us to pay for it and the least they can do is giving us a 30% discount in which we will still pay $800.00 and that still is a lot. If we could have known that this is going to happen to us, then we would not have the procedure done. We verified this matter with the insurance, and they said that the clinic should have discussed or noted with them about when the tooth was extracted so that they were able to give the right estimate or whether they cover them or not. So, with this, we are left still hanging in the air and we are looking forward to move up from this if this will not be settled.

Would give zero stars if an option I will leave a more in-depth review later, but out of due diligence calculated my responsibility to warn others to not use this office. I came for a dental cleaning while seven months pregnant. All I wanted was a gentle cleaning. They did a cleaning using a water brush instead of a traditional cleaning. The cleaning was fine, and they did x-rays. I was told by Eugene Boone that the x-rays showed dark shadows on my teeth where it looks like pre-cavity activity and he wanted to address it. I was under the impression that he meant a better cleaning, or possibly varnish to protect the area as I had no pain, no cavities, and no prior Problems with these teeth or any of my teeth. Upon returning for my follow up visit, I was not told what procedure he plan to do, but was made to sign a form. I was given deadening injections, which I would have declined had I known what was planned. I believe it is unsafe to do unnecessary dental work, deadening, injections, etc., while pregnant and would have never wanted any of this done. Whenever he went to go look at the area, I thought he was going to explain to me what he wanted to do after examining. Instead, he immediately started drilling down my teeth, which made me start crying because I was terrified, not knowing he was going to do this and did not want it done. At that point I had no Choice, but to let him continue since he had already drilled down two of my teeth that had no problems with them. For an hour, I had to lay there while he dropped instruments on the ground, while his hand shook like he had Parkinson, and painfully stabbed into my gums and drilled my teeth out, which had no prior problems and did not need this procedure. he angrily about the price of supplies he was having to buy to the nurse that was standing there assisting him. He put dirty instruments from the floor back into my mouth, which could've caused serious infection, considering she was causing extreme damage to my mouth, gums, and nerves by forcing sharp metal pieces into my gum area creating Damage. I believe all of this was done to create damage and pain and a pocket to trap food to create later problems to continue to charge Medicaid for unnecessary procedures. At some point with his shaking hands, he shirt and the drill through my lips, causing excessive bleeding and pain. He then had to give me stitches to close up, the giant cut through my lip and side of my mouth he cut open with the drill from his hands shaking violently like he was having Parkinson's symptoms. I then had to take an antibiotic he prescribed because of the severe risk of infection due to the multiple cuts he caused to my mouth, cheek and lip,, him drilling through my teeth,, severely injuring my gums, nerves, and teeth, and repeatedly jamming sharp pieces of metal into my gumline creating a pocket between the teeth to catch and trap food. and expose my nerve causing me constant pain. I filed a complaint with the dental board, but unfortunately, when they called unscheduled, I was busy at a children's hospital with my disabled son and was not able to speak freely or be prepared to let them know the extent of the damage. Due to that series of events, I was told that he would retain his dental license and be able to keep working as a dentist, even though he calls me, excessive pain, damage, and trauma doing unnecessary procedures for the sake of charging insurance. In my opinion, not only should Eugene Boone not be practicing medicine, but I feel he should be charged for negligence, assault, and be forced to pay for the medical careI will need to correct the abusive trauma he has caused to my body, which will forever be damaged and painful due to his negligence.

She could barely speak due to the pain she was in but they still made her feel at ease and welcome. After she saw Dr. Nguyen, my mother told me she was smitten by the doctor's knowledge and compassion to help. Dr. Nguyen explained the details of the procedure and the followups that were needed. That day Dr. Nguyen had to make some schedule changes so that my mother could get the urgent care. My mother was quite touched that Dr. Nguyen did that for her. My mother continues to see Dr. Nguyen for her follow up procedures over the last two years. Anytime she comes in for her appointments the staff was professional and courteous. They all know my mother by name. I am very grateful to Dr. Nguyen for the work that she did for my mother. My mother is more confident with her smile because of her new teeth.
