V's remodeled my sister's basement a few years ago, and I was so impressed, I begged my skeptical, particular, perfectionist hubby to give them a chance. I wanted a fresh, classy, updated look for our 18th-Century Colonial home...no simple task. Jose, the owner of V's, is a top-notch professional! He's organized, customer-focused, highly-involved and communicative, and gave us a very fair, detailed estimate. Scope of the work included electrical--18 recessed lights in 4 rooms--switches and dimmers, drywall and ceiling repair, and painting. Jose and his crew were 100% committed to both the project and us. The crew was courteous, timely (8 AM every morning), reliable, neat, and careful. Additionally, they worked efficiently to make the most of each day. Floors and furniture were covered first thing in the morning and cleaned/vacuumed at day's end to keep dust and dirt to a minimum. Such Incredible and unexpected attention to detail! V's did such an amazing job, we hired them immediately to refresh our above-garage apartment, and again, they did a fantastic job! Beware of flashy, upscale stores who hire subcontractors and make promises they can't keep. We learned our lesson. V's is one team (like a family) and does incredible, expert work! I'm overjoyed and highly recommend them!
