I had an appointment to come in for a battery replacement on my phone. When I walked in, the tech…read moreasked if he could help me, I told him I was there for an appointment for my phone. He then got very flustered and was surprised that I had made an appointment. He asked if anyone called me, they had not. Apparently they did not even have the battery that I needed. He began talking about "they would do that to him since he just got back" and started shuffling things around on his desk (which was very messy) and throwing things. He told me to come back another day since they don't have the battery. Never apologized for wasting my time, or trying to set up another appointment. I will not be back. I went somewhere else and they were much more helpful even though the cost was a little more.

Well, John at battery experts did exactly that it took him less than five minutes. He was very friendly. He was very professional and it only cost me 10 bucks. Absolutely worth it and oh did I forget to say that I walked in at five minutes after two in the afternoon on a Tuesday and according to the sign on the side of the door, they close at 2 o'clock on Tuesday. so he took care of me even though I walked in late and was just oh so nice. I cannot recommend this company.

They won't replace it saying the had replaced the battery once and will not replace it again. My point is it is not the consumers fault that they are buying defective batteries. Never be back.
