He then got very flustered and was surprised that I had made an appointment. He asked if anyone called me, they had not. Apparently they did not even have the battery that I needed. He began talking about "they would do that to him since he just got back" and started shuffling things around on his desk (which was very messy) and throwing things. He told me to come back another day since they don't have the battery. Never apologized for wasting my time, or trying to set up another appointment. I will not be back. I went somewhere else and they were much more helpful even though the cost was a little more.
