I always feel great about a repair shop especially since I am so ignorant when it comes to auto repairs myself. Their prices are reasonable especially since I am from out of town and they didn't try taking advantage of the fact I didn't live in the area. I waited til the last minute to get my inspection sticker, and was told I would have a long wait - which I expected- so I sat down, started playing some game on my phone, and next thing I know my car is ready. They always educate about any work to expect and don't hold the car hostage when they give expectations, but their prices are very fair so usually I end up letting them fix the problem anyway.

It was a nasty break with only a half-inch or less sticking out too. You can't teach this kind of work at tech school -- he didn't heat it up too much either. Nice guy, quick turnaround, and I'll be back with some more challenges for him. This shop charged me less than half what a shop in Durham, NC wanted so it was a great deal too. Recommended!
