I'm sure lots of towing businesses try to cheat people out of money all the time but just reviewing…read morethis company so no one has to deal with what happened to us. My husband was in an accident and the police called in Spencer's towing to take our car. We wanted it taken home and told the guy that we wanted it taken home multiple times and he just kept trying to get us to have it taken with him, even tho the only reason is probably because he wanted the storage fee from us. After the first time we asked him to take it home he told us we'd have to pay that day and we were fine with that, then he was telling us that our insurance should cover it but what does he know? He's not our insurance provider and we don't know this guy. We continue to tell him we want the car taken home and told him our address and then went to the hospital. Turns out he didn't take it home he took it to the company. We tried making calls to find out why and he says my husband told him to take it?! I know for a fact that wasn't true I was on the phone with him while they talked. Now after all that we get ready to go get the car an he says he'll be out for two hours (again probably just to get more money). Anyway if you're looking to get towed around here make sure it's not this company.
