After returning to the shop, it was discovered that the tire rods needed replacing, which caused the premature wear. The shop was fantastic and stood by their work. The necessary repairs were completed quickly and accurately, and the owner provided some much appreciated discounts to help with the replacement tires and labor, even through the tire rods and camber bolts needing replacement may not have been visible during the initial work. Two years after installation, they have collapsed and I need another set. That's not my worst experience. I had them do the tune up where the serpentine belt, water pump, tensioners were replaced. Not a cheap job. The "Tune Up" lasted around 5000 miles before my wife and I found ourselves stranded on Wendover Ave., Greensboro. This is a very busy road and we were in a dangerous position after the car stopped. The car just died suddenly. The car was towed to a AAA recommended shop. They diagnosed the problem as the serpentine belt having slipped. The most likely cause of the problem was failure to replace the tensioners or put in quality tensioners. Later, into the teardown, the belt was found to be two notches off. We were told that there was a possibility that the belt was put in one notch off originally. This made sense as the car seemed to have more power after the repair. We have since traveled 15k with the new tune up with no problems. This car has am interference engine. We are lucky that the shop's incompetence or, doing jobs on the cheap, did not result in the destruction of the engine!!! AVOID this shop if possible!!!

The told us they were waiting to hear back from banks and that we should just go home. They told us good news that we already had an approval that they just were waiting for the bank for final numbers. They went on and on about how they will keep us updated throughout the day. We left the dealership around 10:30 am or so. 1:21 pm I texted them for an update. Nothing yet. 3:42 pm I texted again. Got a reply they couldn't help us. This left me confused as we were told before we left that there was an approval. I questioned this. After expressing my disappointment after being misled, I get a message that it wasn't over yet and they were still on the phone with the bank. 6:03 pm I checked back again myself because they never updated us as they promised. Was then told that we probably wouldn't hear anything because it was so late and the banks were closing. Here we are now, 9:45 pm on Thursday, no update. No bad news, no good news. Just ghosted. I've heard of the poor customer service people have received there and have now witnessed first hand. If you want honesty, integrity, and a business that keeps their word, then go elsewhere.
