We were introduced to Sabrina & I told her what we wanted and she nailed the look we were each going for. My youngest has fine/simply straight hair- she cut it, styled it, and gave it body. My oldest has thick/overwhelming amount of hair with some waves-she cut it, threw in some layers & blow dried it, giving it just the right amount of volume. My hair was long overdue for a trim (I'll be honest, I haven't gotten a trim in over a year and haven't actually cut it in over 2 years because most places are scissor happy & tend to chop so much off) but Sabrina worked her magic and took exactly 1 inch off & added long layers. My hair has never had so much body and flair to it. Seriously I'm in love with my new hair style. Sabrina is a perfectionist- literally each strand of hair is cut to precision. I appreciated the fact that she made suggestions & took the time to recognize everyones hair texture-that really showed that she was involved & cared. She takes her time and you never feel rushed. I was blown away at the service she provided all us. And mind you, we were there on the hottest/most humid day of the year & our hair still managed to look great. I can't believe that I had been settling for a subpar haircut at my old place for all these years. I found out what days/time she is available & have appointed her as my new hair stylist.

She insisted on using the straightener. I said please, no. She still snuck in a curl with a straightener to try to convince me. I said no once again. She burned my scalp twice due to not paying attention. She picked up her phone for a personal call and almost burned my face running to answer her phone. She then did not know how to accept payment via credit card and made me set it up with the electronic block. I wanted to tip her (which I shouldn't have) with cash. I gave her a 20 and asked for change for the tip. She said thank you and tried to take the 20. I asked again, but she didn't have change for my 20 either. I don't understand how one pays here if they don't have cash change nor do they know how to accept payment via credit card. It felt like this place opened yesterday. After all that, I left the place with uneven curls and parts of my hair left uncurled. I will not be returning.

I wanted a trim for my dead ends and long layers added in. The woman in the picture I specified that to her as well. She asked me if I wanted a haircut and I said trim for the dead ends. I even demonstrated an inch or two with my hand on how much I wanted to cut off. She said OK while she was cutting my hair off the pieces that fell down to the ground with more than an inch or two as I specified. However, when I was done, and I brought all my hair to the front half of my hair was gone This woman did not ask me if I wanted a big chop and how long I wanted my hair if I wanted a haircut, I would've specified how long I wanted my haircut? And I can't understand what type of stylist will just cut off whatever I'm out of here they want on someone's head I believe she knew what she was doing because if I wanted to cut that much off to begin with, I cut it off in such a small increments where it wasn't noticeable? I didn't say anything in the salon because she had already cut my hair off and I was visibly upset and I had just wanted to leave at that point. Whoever this woman is has cut my hair so short she has a room in the progress that I've been growing my hair in the last four years. I left me in tears all of New Year's Eve because this is not what I wanted. I made an appointment for 10am on 5/29 and we arrived early (9:15am) and this salon was already open with approximately 5-6 people (good sign). The ladies working were friendly and we were waiting for about 15 minutes. A friendly woman washed my daughter's hair and two others started blowing my daughter's very long and wavy hair. My daughter was so happy and the price was reasonable! The ladies here are amazing and friendly. We will definitely be regulars! Thank you

She saturated my hair the first time and I waited the 45 minutes then rinsed and blown out and flat ironed it then rinsed again and magic sleek finishing conditioner and then blown again. Second time, not sure it was magic sleek or not but this procedure was definitely not followed as the first time. Price$250. When I called to complain the mother said there is a two step process or 3 step and the 3 step is much more money. Again, never notified and it is certainly not on their website. It is totally bait and switch. The mother said that she would respond to my review and I hope she does. This is bad business on every level. I would definitely not recommend this place. Look at the price on website $250+ it says. No mention of 2 or 3 step. 2 reputable hairstylists that I have used for years both told me this is not what I got. These women have 30+ years each in the business and one was trained and certified in Magic Sleek!
