When I set up an appointment for the new boards my daughter left work early to meet the service man, he didn't show and no one called or would answer the phone. I got a text the next day with a story about an emergency and scheduling another appointment. daughter got off work again and a no show. Got another text the next day with basically the same excuse but they would get in touch by lunch. Never heard from them. I hired a different company, extremely polite, communicative and came when he said he would. The dryer plug had worked it's way loose. He plugged it back in and all is good. The fact that the tank has already been leased out, filled, and paid for by the previous owner should allow me to take it over. Doesn't matter who paid for it. Update, at 5:10 pm today they came and took our tank. I didn't even have time to arrive home after a long day and review their contract. Very unethical business.
