Gia responded to me within an hour and we had a survey scheduled for the following day. Pat showed up the next morning and gave me an incredible price on the work and even pointed out some issues with another tree on my lot, which he offered to trim and clean as well. His team came on site and had it all completed within 90minutes or so. Really happy with their work and how thoroughly they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I called the office and asked to speak to the owner. After the second call on Monday he called back right away.Was very apologetic and asked for photos of areas which were sent within 30 minutes. He said they would send a crew out to take care of the areas needing cleaned up. This was a week ago and no show from Captains tree service.
