This required them to take the lift back into the area to cut it down. The crew started speaking spanish and laughing. The joke was on them (I also speak spanish). Clean up was subpar. I called the office and asked to speak to the owner. After the second call on Monday he called back right away.Was very apologetic and asked for photos of areas which were sent within 30 minutes. He said they would send a crew out to take care of the areas needing cleaned up. This was a week ago and no show from Captains tree service. I would avoid using them, their price was good but service wasn't. Crew also sat in my neighbors yard to eat their lunch
