Joe completed the project ahead of schedule and below budget! Fast forward to 2025 when I noticed an issue (rake trim was dangling). I contacted Joe and although I hadn't required any of his services since 2010 he remembered who I was and within a few days had one of his crew come out and repair the dangling piece of rake trim.
