Our roof leaks in multiple places, we assume it's old and needs replacement so we call Joe and he comes to take a look. Turns out the roof is not old, Joe tells us it's probably less than 8 years but it was completed so poorly that we have to replace entire sections and, in fact, we will end up replacing the entire roof by the time that we are done. Given that we had not budgeted for a new roof I was freaking out a little bit. Since we weren't sure if the leak was roof or window related, we contacted iRoof. Steven replied promptly and assured us they would have a look into the situation, give a free estimate of repairs. Within hours, Ryan from iRoof arrived. He quickly assessed the problem and in his opinion the leak was probably caused by rain water entering by the outdoor siding or lack of exterior caulking around the window frame.
