He made the process of residing the garage very easy. He not only replaced the siding but noticed 2 cracked boards in the attic rafters in my garage and replaced those as well. If those boards would have cracked all the way through and broke, the garage roof would have come down. Carlos definitely pays attention to details. He replaced the wood on the front of my garage, primed the Hardy Board, and painted the entire garage as well as reinstalling the gutters. The owner couldn't care less about whether the customer is happy. I documented everything in writing such as "we would like to keep remaining slab pieces; we want our island cut for a flush cooktop installation; etc." and they just couldn't get it right. They had to come out multiple times to get the job done and I finally gave up on being satisfied. We are living with multiple things that aren't precise such as the hole cut for our faucet visibly off center. They only reached out to me to discuss anything when they wanted final payment and really didn't care that I was not happy. Just shoddy workmanship overall and no respect for the client.
