First off, my father has been going to this junk yard for years and is very familiar with this place. I recently got into a fender bender and needed to find some parts for my car but I haven't been successful in locating them online. I'm not sure what they are called, and they are not listed on GM's website either. I wanted to check out a junk yard first before buying them directly from the dealer. Before I even entered the parking lot..... there's this old man STANDING IN THE ROAD right as you are about to turn into the parking lot coming off of the highway. He's holding a dollar in his hand and starts to approach my vehicle. He is not wearing anything that would indicate he works for this business, nor is there a sign anywhere near him. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants. So, I did not stop, as there was no indication this individual worked for the junk yard and I have no idea who he is, or why he's approaching my vehicle. He then proceeds to keep walking right next to my car as I'm turning in and then follows me to my car. He accuses me of almost "running him over" and then goes on about how "only on the weekend" they charge a $2 parking fee... He then proceeds to takes a picture of my license plate and says if we don't pay he will have my car towed. There's nothing stated on their website advising you that you have to pay for parking on the weekend. There wasn't a sign posted anywhere on the premises to advise customers of this either. My father has been coming here for years and has always paid a fee to enter the parts yard... never a fee for parking and then also to enter the parts yard. Seems like they are trying to scam people for another two bucks because it's "the weekend". I'll be going elsewhere for car parts. read more

Came in looking for a set of rims, with customers coming in and out, this place is always busy. The rep there, Glenn, assisted me. He was calm as he multi-tasked at the counter by looking up parts, making calls for parts, answering the phone, and giving directions to those who wanted to explore the huge salvage yard. Glenn answered the many questions of walk-ins and still somehow made time to escort me outside to show me the rim selection, but no success. Glenn went back to assisting customers and just before I walked out, he yelled out that if I waited, he would call around for me, excellent!!! Glenn made my day. He called around and was able to have the rims I needed delivered and for a great price. Hats off to you Glenn, keep up the great work and exemplary personal customer service!!!! read more

be very wary when doing business here--if part is defective or does not fit you cannot return part------they tell you you can exchange-if they dont have anything to exchange-you are out------the counter people will lie to you and not disclose this information--------------i bought a part that i was not sure would fit--i asked the guy at counter can i return if it doesnt fit--he says yes but i have to purchase the warranty--i was like i have to purchase a warranty to return this--he says yes--i said fine and paid the 2 dollar warranty----when i try bring back next day guy tells me i cant return i have to exchange--then this f'n a hole tries to be all smart with me and says it says on the receipt no refunds--yes--this is true--but i also got the receipt after this conversation about returning part if it dont fit--fact is i also didnt even look at the reciept--guy tried to make me like i am the dumb ace----if guy would of said no you cant return if it dont fit i would of never purchased----guy lied to me and then hides behind legal document(receipt)----on another note--this place is expensive in comparison to other places-----i will be sticking to the place next door from now on read more

If I could give ZERO stars I certainly would. Upon walking in the old dude at the counter is rude as fuck. Asked him a simple question and he says "I don't know nothing, you think I know every car in the yard?" ignoring the shitty customer service( they treat people like dogs especially the Haitians) I continued my trek into the yard. Found what I needed. A simple radiator. Grabbed the part went to check out, and they hit me with $64 and some change... for a 1994 Honda Accord radiator.. that you can buy brand new online for $45 WITHOUT a core charge. And the $64 was including me giving them my old core back. I thought the point of a junkyard was to pull parts yourself and save MONEY?! If I knew they were charging crack bead prices for used parts I never would have wasted my time slaving away in the sun. Downloaded yelp just so I could rate this pull your part.
