Dont show you how to work the pool after. plaster had to be redone. left scratches all on plaster. come and go as pleased. drainage hose wasnt nearly long enough and caused to almost flood my yard. I also have water seeping from the bottom of my jacuzzi. I was told in the past that it was not a problem. My fiberglass pool heaved out of the ground during a storm. I paid $4000 to have it releveled, even though I should not have been responsible for that. My pool is not level or centered on the jacuzzi. Many corners were cut! They used lasers to ensure everything was centered and level, but I think there needs to be a lot more training because nothing is level or centered. These issues have been since my pool was installed, over a year ago, and with only bandaid repairs.

Wally did a great job finishing up the electrical for our lights and showing us how to use them. John was a trooper cleaning up what the other company didn't do. He cleaned off the leftover koolDeck, cement, and tape that was stuck to the walls of our fiberglass pool. He even had to go in for a little swim to clean some of it up. Turns out not only the pump it's too small for the pool PFI 181.. but all the drainage pipes were wrongly done. A person from the Headquarters in GA came to the valley to evaluate the pools ( yes pools, wasn't only mine) Afuera 360 send employees to resolve all those issues. Which I do appreciate, at least they were honest enough to fixed what was wrongly done. But Kurt (the Headquarters representative) didn't do his part, it brought the small pump for this size of pool. Anyways it was expected for Afuera to come and clean my pool, pump was out for a month ( yup, half of summer) I did texted last week on Friday ( pump and drainage was replaced on Thursday) but still no call back. I guess we would do the job. I just hope the pump last at least 5 years.. and not less than six months to be broken again. It is been very frustrating, I'm not asking for handouts, I paid fully price at the time it was scheduled, on time. And it wasn't pennies, to be having this types of issues. I wish several times to back in time and choose the other pool company, maybe I didn't had this extra stress now. I'll keep you updated, will see how long this Desjoyaux small pool pump last. I don't place a lower review because like I mentioned before, at least they came to try to resolve what they were able. Pumps comes fro headquarters (Kurt) was responsible for that

They said warranty is only good for 1year. they don't show pride in their work or repair their work. They didn't even want to come see. It would have been nice if they would fix what they did so that corner of the roof , and I would not get further water damage. MAF
