Although it was a relatively minor repair, everyone at Apex treated me with the same attention and professionalism I would have expected for a much larger job. Their customer is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a beautiful waiting room, spotless restrooms, free Wi-Fi, snacks, and drinks. What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff was toward my young child, who had to wait with me. One of the receptionists noticed that he was sitting there with little to do and handed him the television remote so he could choose something to watch. It was a small gesture, but a highly observant and considerate one! Once they brought my vehicle in, the repair took only about 20-30 minutes. Then, to my complete surprise, they told me there would be no charge. I would never expect a business to perform work for free, but their generosity made an already excellent experience even more memorable. Apex Vehicle Services demonstrated professionalism, kindness, honesty, and genuine concern for its customers. Requested my wife's 2016 Buick enclave with a transmission issue to be looked at and diagnosed,…read moreover the phone before even seeing the car he stated it probably needed to be rebuilt and that he had done quite a few rebuilds of this type. I asked if he could look at it and give me a quote on what needed to be done. I waited a few days and called back in which he stated that he had the transmission rebuilt and was working on getting it back in, I was not happy. I received a quote of $5,080.00 for the work done. I had a quote from a different shop for a brand new transmission for $6000.00. I got the car back 3-4 days later and about 2-3 weeks later noticed there was a shudder in which he said on 2 occasions of bringing the car to him that he couldn't feel anything wrong with it, so wife continued to drive the car. The transmission lasted a little over a year and approximately 20,000 miles before it was shifting horribly and lost reverse all together. It was over the warranty period so I didn't even bothalling Kenny's back. We have had to let the car go back as we are still paying on the car and the loan we took out to have the transmission rebuilt, which with the quote I was given after the work was started I wouldve opted for the brand new one. This was and is the worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop.
