They ordered my cover. I took it down to them on a Friday morning. Let it sit there all day went down to pick it up and I noticed that they had not undercoat inside of the cab or the doors or anything so he told me that it was made out of aluminum. Then he got a magnet and figured out that it was not so I had to take it back in on a Monday morning to get the cab indoors coded and doing so they got spray all over the outside of my cab which they wiped down, which was OK but the gentleman who was doing it had undercoating on his clothes. Got to drive my truck out and left a big old black smudge on the back of my seat now granted this truck is only got 100 miles on it so they took it back in and did some stuff to get it out. Put a seat cover on it for me so I could drive home and when it dried, there was still a black Ish mark on my seat my wife and I worked on it to get it out. There's still a little bit there, but it's so light. You can hardly see it now, but that is not the point the point is my brand new car is got a stain in the seat because of what these guys did I don't know if they did a good job under recording it or not you gotta take it back in every year to get it touched up which they gave me a free one because of the trouble that I had and I'm wondering how many people have had your cars and trucks undercoating and they forgot to do a whole section of it and nobody really knows it. I noticed it because I kind of knew what I was looking for, but I bet you a lot of people really don't they seem to make good on what they did. It was a big ordeal over two days and like I said they got stain on my seat. I am not happy. My truck has got 165 miles on it and I got a stain in the seat already.

I was recommended Philo's Body Shop from my father because they go wayyyyy back and knew I could…read morecount on him! I called and made an appointment with Philo (who is the owner!) After a few days later, when I arrived to the shop for my appointment, we talked about my car and I even informed Philo that I had went to another shop (gates... lol) and they quoted me almost $3k to fix my passenger car door. Which, by the way, my passenger side door would not open at all nor would the window go all the way down without making noise. Philo stepped outside and took a look at my car, analyzed it carefully and said, "Yup. I can fix it! And for a better price!" Sure liked the sound of that!! We went back inside and he searched up car parts for my car and gave me an estimated price. However, he said he would do some more searching and send me an accurate estimate through email. Philo took my information and I went on my way. Later that night, he called me and gave me the actual estimated amount and I said, "Let's do it!" (By the way, ALOT cheaper than Gates!!) We set up an appointment, where I'd practically be carless and he sent me the quote through email. I went to Philo's shop the following day and gave him half the deposit! A week later, I took my car to the shop. 3 and a half days later, my car was ready for pick up. (P.s. I was so excited!) When I arrived, he explained to me what they did to my car and how they even cleaned it as well! (I appreciated that so much!) He handed me my keys, I gave him the other half of the money and went on about my business. I opened my passenger car door and had such a relief that I could finally open the door again. It almost looks brand new! They did an absolute great job!! I absolutely loved how Philo was very knowledgeable, caring, and always replied to me in a timely manner when I had questions! I 100% recommend Philo's Body Shop! They were overall amazing! Unfortunately, I only have photos after they fixed it. But trust me when I say this... that passenger side door would not open! In these photos, I'm showing where the work was done! Looks pretty nice and brand new if you ask me!
