I bought a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee from Jordan and could not have been happier with my experience, which was over the internet and phone. The salesperson, Keaton Stephens, really went above and beyond to help me make sure this was the vehicle that met our needs. He not only sent me detailed photos, but did a Facetime call with me to walk around the vehicle so I could ask questions. This dealership did what they said they would do (unlike a couple of others before them during this purchase process). They made sure the Jeep was carefully detailed before delivery (incl. conditioning the leather!), helped me arrange delivery, didn't try to add on a bunch of stuff to run the price up, and were professional and pleasant the entire time. The first time I went in for service, wasn't bad. 6 quarts of oil, filter rotate the tires. Now today I went in, was handled by Stacy the assistant service advisor. I asked if they are going to change the oil drain bolt she said no. Then I asked if you are going to replace the one time use NON REUSABLE oil drain bolt gasket. She said no. The techs drain the oil from the filter housing not the oil pan drain so they don't have to change those items. So then I told her that does not drain all of the old oil out of the pan. She could not give an answer. This time I was charged for 7 quarts of oil. There was also a service campaign for the third brake light on my truck. She told me the tech was going to install a new gasket. She failed to inform me they were actually installing a bezel ring around the lamp. When I stated this service was $11 more then last service the only response she could give was a story on how she bought 4 steaks for $7. read more

Highly recommend. Stopped to get gas at the Mishawaka exit while on a road trip and my car suddenly wouldn't start. It did finally after an hour but the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. I drove to the dealership in the morning with no appointment as their calendar showed as full online. They got our car in for repair quickly, and couldn't have been more kind to out-of-town strangers - including welcoming my 2 kids and our big dog into their waiting room. They diagnosed and repaired our car in a very reasonable time, and had us back on the road with no worries. If we lived in the area, Jordan Toyota would definitely be our go-to dealership. UPDATE: My wife bought her 2014 Toyota RAV4 LE from this dealer and they serviced it for over 5 years. She recently paid the vehicle off - and then the ac condenser goes out. Things happen. We ordered an air conditioner part with Jordan. They also quoted us a fair price to buy the car or trade in just to give us options. Meanwhile, before we could get to that dealer, the car breaks down - we take to another Toyota dealer that was closer and they say it's the transmission that went out. They quote us a price. Meanwhile, a week and half later they still have our car - and called my wife saying that they misdiagnosed the car and the transmission is fine and that the wiring harness had been chewed on by mice. So that was good news. But waiting a week and a half while paying the daily cost of a loner car was expensive. Onto Jordan, the only negative thing we have experienced with them is that they don't like to return phone calls. A few weeks prior they quoted us a price to buy the car so we will give them a chance to see what they can offer. For the most part they have been friendly with us on the phone. We took vehicle there and they treated us well and gave us a fair price for buying it. I compliment Jordan for their fairness. read more

Review of "Jordan Automotive Group" and "Mike Gaffney" 7/28/2018. While this review is of the "Jordan Automotive Group", I should start with the experience I had that led me to "Jordan". At 24, I am a first time car buyer. I do not have a deep credit history, and was nervous about qualifying for my first "sizable loan". I was working with another big dealership (who I will leave nameless for the review), and they shared that the only option available to someone in my situation was a program with a 25% interest rate. The cars in the program were all extremely rough, and it was depressing all together. I shared that I did not want to buy a car with a 25% interest rate, and the financer attempted to bully me into it. He also said that I would not find a better rate anywhere else. He suggested I go "shop other dealerships" and I will eventually be crawling back to him. I took his advice, and gave Jordan Automotive a call. Mike Gaffney answered that call, and from the second he answered, I knew I was in good hands. When Mike said he would work for me, to find the best deal available, he meant it. Within 24 hours, I received a call from Jordan letting me know that a financial institution would be contacting me shortly (they called within the hour). I was approved for financing to buy a "good" car, at a rate of 6.14%. Something, that just a day or so earlier, I was told was impossible. If that's true, I guess you can say Jordan made the impossible happen. Thought I was getting a great car. I bought a car from them less than a year ago. The car lags every time we press the gas. Our throttle body went completely out and now our AC is completely out. When you buy a car from a dealership you expect them to be honest and give you a good car. Not something that will be complete shit less than a year after buying it. Took my 2017 Toyota to the repair part of this shop. Worst customer service ever from Stacey. Claimed my extended warranty I purchased when buying this vehicle covered absolutely nothing in terms of what was wrong with it due to them being classified as "wearable parts." Just talked in circles and wouldn't give any straightforward answers and said they sprayed something on the belt and it should be good for some time. Made the same noise as soon as I left the shop. Went down to the Toyota in Elkhart and it was night and day. They covered the belt, the pulley, and the broken mirror (which I didn't dare ask about at the Mishawaka location) all under my warranty. Paid 0$ for excellent service at the Elkhart location. CRAZY to me that Stacey in Mishawaka refused to help with a bunch of random nonsense as the reasoning and blamed the warranty but just down the road they could cover it all under that SAME warranty?? Terrible, will never go back to the Mishawaka one and continue to take my business to Elkhart from now on. read more

I took my 2005 Prius in because our heater wasn't working. I have zero complaints about their customer service, based on that alone they get 5 stars. They were incredible, and they made me feel like they really cared about my situation. HOWEVER, about $1800 and 7 visits later, i still have the problem that I went in with. I kept getting the car back "fixed" and the next day the problem was back. This kept happening for 7 visits until we finally decided to give up and just survive the winter with no heat or find another car.
