We had upholstered dining room chairs cleaned and treated with stain guard. They looked new once they were dry. Just had cleaning this morning. Scheduled 8-10 window. Was told when scheduling, technician would call when 30 minutes out. That did not happen. Technicians showed up around 9:30 am...No call. Our carpets are in very good condition for age, i.e no pets, stains etc. The good: One of the technicians (voluntarily) showed his equipment and advised that he cleans before using on the carpets. Good to see that. It matters not to me what other people do in their homes. In our house, COVID is still real. When scheduling, I advised that we require anyone coming into our home to do work to wear a mask and we will supply if needed. No issues with that as we supplied the masks this morning. The not so good: The carpet was left a bit too damp for my liking....In my younger days, I was the "technician" as a kid. So...my pro tip:-)...suck up a bit more water so the carpet won't be so damp. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Literally, these guys were in and out of our house in about 40 minutes (at the most). read more
