I called M&M Dry Cleaners to ask if they could hem a pair of pants within the week. I was told to speak with the seamstress. She told me that if I came in early on Monday, she could have them ready by Friday. Not only were the pants hemmed and pressed on time, the seamstress was a very sweet woman who did an excellent job on my very full-legged dress pants. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable. Recently relocated to Keego Harbor from the Joshua Tree, CA area and started coming here on day one for dry cleaning. Since May 2024, we drop off shirts every Friday and pick up shirts from the previous Friday. The ladies have been so kind and very pleasant to chat with. Our shirts are perfect and their prices have been fair. I haven't used any of there other services but it's nice to know I can get it done should the need arise. I would recommend you give them a try if you are looking for dry cleaning services plus they have a drive up window too. I have never used M&M for alterations so I cannot attest to the negative reviews I have read on them in this regard. What I can attest to though is that I have used them for over 20 years of cleaning and pressing my dress shirts for work at Ford Motor Company and have never been disappointed with the cleaning or pressing of my shirts which I wore every day to work. Thousands of shirts during that timeframe with no issues and always working with me for quick 1 day turnaround if needed. Same opinion and performance on my dress wool slacks which they also cleaned for me. No issues. Relative to price, I cannot comment on that as I view myself as a loyal customer so I have used no one else during this timeframe as I always felt they took care of me and my clothes and for that reason they had my continued business. read more

The linen destroyers. I live right down the street so they were always the easiest but certainly not cheapest cleaner to go to. For years they were the bane of my linen clothes. Their kill rate was about 1/4 to 1/2. If I took a linen product there they destroyed it about 1/4 to 1/2 the time. I had to stop going altogether because it had gotten so bad. My new usual place closed with COVID, so I went back to M & M, only because I needed something done quick. I took in 3 white linen shirts. 1 old, and 2 new from the store, I had not even worn them yet. The old one came back with a giant yellow stain in the pocket where a tag had been left in it. The real painful was the never worn shirt coming back with a scorch mark dead in the middle of it. I was so stupid for trusting that they had gotten any better. So kill rate is now up to 2/3, youch. read more

We have been using N&M for over 36 years. Dry cleaning, repairs you name it.They are always very polite and helpful. I have never once had a problem and use M&M on regular basis. Lost a suit Nothing fancy Went in to pick up three shirts and a suit They found the shirts, and asked me to fill out a form so they could initiate a search The lady stapled my claim check to the form and said they'd call me I didn't even think about getting a receipt I called back a few days later, I was told they hadn't found it I stopped in on Saturday to drop off and asked... I took in a dress that had a slitp underneath it and one jumper and my total was $41. That's ridiculous! It's the nastiest building, the nastiest parking lot and the worst service. I don't know how to put in words the gratitude I feel for an honest and efficient business that's within our community. I'll start with why I feel this way... I am a minister and I was scheduled to perform a wedding in Houston Texas. In preparation I took my robe to M & M Cleaners since I use M& M for my dry cleaning needs. Well, long story short. When I went to pick up my robe, I noticed a black smudge on the right sleeve of my all white robe. Let me digress for a moment, fortunately, when I initially bought the robe in - I brought it in its carrying case. The clerk looked the robe over and said, ok come back Thursday I said fine. So now about four day before my flight I picked my robe up and discover the black spot. I was told I needed to come back and talk to the owner between 7:00 and 11:00am. Well the day I came back the manager stated that she had spoken to the owner about this matter and she will try and get the spot out but she would let me know later in the day. I returned later in the day the manager said she was unable to get the spot out therefore it will be classified as a "claim". She was very professional and pleasant through this entire process. She said I would need to purchase another robe upfront and they would reimburse me. The upcoming weekend was Memorials Day weekend so I was very stressed. I did not find an all white clergy robe that was reasonably priced. The lowest all white clergy robe was $454.00. So I opted to go with a white Clergy Robe with black piping around the trim and collar. It was considerably lower than the all white. As they promised, I took in my receipt showing purchase and they reimbursed me in full. Well, thank God for honest businesses! This whole thing was handle with incredible professionalism however the most notable thing about this entire ordeal was the honesty on the part of the staff, managers and owner. This entire team is top grade second to none. Would I refer someone to this cleaners? The answer is s resounding YES! This place is terrible! Twice now, I have come to pick up my clothes that we're to be tailored and they were not ready. Nobody called me and all I got was "we are so sorry" from the employee. Wow, this place was to overpriced for me. I typically use Union Lake Dry cleaners and pay 3.50 for sweaters. I dropped them off here instead because I was out in the area. They charged 6.95 per sweater almost double. Could have got twice as much at the other cleaners. read more

Recently decided to try them because they are close to home and I had a coupon on Yelp. I had one suit cleaned and a pair of pants cleaned and asked that the hem be let out of each leg. I left with a ticket that had $18. When I come to pick up my cleaning, the charge is now over $30. I was never told there would be an additional charge so I was really taken aback. Especially since the alteration was minimal!! It should not have almost doubled my bill. Needless to say, I'll go back to a tailor for all future alterations. read more

My family have been loyal customers of M and M Cleaners for years. I recently picked up my dry cleaning and had the most awful experience that I have ever had with a small business. The employee, who called herself the manager, was very, very.... rude from the moment she began to assist me. She was not gracious for my business, very abrupt and curt with her answers, and was unwilling to listen in a professional manner to my concerns. I told her that I was the customer and if she wanted to continue having my family's business that she needed to stop yelling and assist me in a nice manner and her frank response was no, she did not have to be nice. When I asked to speak with the manager, she informed me that she was the manager. Really???? She had another employee standing next to her. Is this really how a manager emulates problem solving and customer service?? Is this in the training manual-How to yell at your customers? I feel badly for the owners of this company that this is the only person qualified to be their manager. They have lost my family's business. I will never patron this business again. read more
