We tried another place and they couldn't help us. We stumbled onto Darrell's Maxi Muffler and took a chance. What luck! The fuel filter was leaking on top of the intake (no idea what that means) and he fixed it for us for about a third of what we would have paid elsewhere. The work was top notch and the ole RV is running better than it ever has. We live 2 1/2 hours away and we had to leave the RV for a week and come back for it, but the experience was so good, that if we have trouble again, we will be willing to take the drive to Darrell's Maxi Muffler. It's hard to find an honest, quality shop, but we did. We will recommend them over and over!

After 3 hours and several calls back to the service I was told they didn't have a vehicle that could tow me and I would have to spend the night in my car until 8 a.m. the next day before anything would be available. I started my service ticket at 9 p.m. They did process my payment immediately, instead of when the tow truck was dispatched, and when I cancelled the service they charged me a cancellation fee. I got another company from a little farther away to come get me and they showed up within 20 minutes and charged me over $100 less than the quote from A Plus.

I called H & R to see if they could help my mom and sister. I explained that my sister is diabetic on insulin and my mom had no snack to give her and she needs to eat at specific times. Jimmy had Jordan the driver stop at McDonalds and get my sister some lunch and then made it to them in time so that my mom did not have to call 911 for my sister.
