Long story short he charged me $305 to replace the mass-air-flow sensor. I agreed to the price before I knew how little work it takes to fix it. To replace the sensor it takes about 20 minutes. The part priced out at $145. He charged me $194 for the part and 1 1/2 of labor. He completely ripped me off. When i called him out on it, he had nothing to say. If you're from out of town, I would not take my car there.

We tried another place and they couldn't help us. We stumbled onto Darrell's Maxi Muffler and took a chance. What luck! The fuel filter was leaking on top of the intake (no idea what that means) and he fixed it for us for about a third of what we would have paid elsewhere. The work was top notch and the ole RV is running better than it ever has. We live 2 1/2 hours away and we had to leave the RV for a week and come back for it, but the experience was so good, that if we have trouble again, we will be willing to take the drive to Darrell's Maxi Muffler. It's hard to find an honest, quality shop, but we did. We will recommend them over and over!

What a shame I am a 65 year old disable widow senior i took my old car in to get check because i was debating on selling it or repairing it  . There was a leak in the front area so I paid them 45.00 for them to check out the leak and they gave me a written estimate for the repairs for 1,248.00 said my transmission pan had holes in it and my oil pain had holes in it both needed replacement plus the the transmission lines need to be replaced and the valve cover  gasket. So that was alot of things to repair all at once so I took it to another mechanic for a second check out  which he did for free and all it needed was the transmission lines and a trasmission cooler which cost me 260.00 total to have fixed . So I called Sniders and explained what happened and all I got from the owner  relative was she will need to speak to the mechanic . I have never heard back from anyone  Never was offer back my 45.00 the new place i took it to showed me the parts they said i need while the car was up on a hoist.I Didnt need most of those parts at all . I would use caution when going here and this is a small town  and I have been a good customer but this didnt feel right and Im glad i got a second check out . So be careful if your a female senior when you take car in for repair This was a horrible experience and with a heavy heart I cannot recommend this place. I called H & R to see if they could help my mom and sister. I explained that my sister is diabetic on insulin and my mom had no snack to give her and she needs to eat at specific times. Jimmy had Jordan the driver stop at McDonalds and get my sister some lunch and then made it to them in time so that my mom did not have to call 911 for my sister.
