When the Fritch lady told my wife this, my wife said we bought the house from the previous owners years ago, and why didn't Fritch input our info when we called to make initial appt? Fritch couldn't explain. She then asked for our email, but my wife said we weren't going to reschedule. The lady said "ok thank you. Goodbye ". We went with another company and were provided prompt and professional service. This was sad as we used Fritch years ago and they did a great job.
